12/28/24. Girl meets soil. 12/30/24. Sprouted. Very interesting lilac color on her coty Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Papaya Sherbet flowers deliver a signature flavor of premium cannabis with subtle citrus undertones that emerge upon inhaling. During growth, her aroma makes for a sweet yet pleasantly bitter fragrance, giving you an idea of what the smoke will taste like. Notably stress-resistant, Papaya Sherbet is a great choice for growers working in challenging environments. She is very forgiving and rebounds quickly from any adversity, allowing growers the freedom to experiment with confidence that she will take everything like a champion she is. This strain embodies resilience, flavor, and abundant yields in every grow cycle.

01/06/25. Starting week 1 This baby is the runner up for smallest in height. Her leaves aren’t small though, like one of her friends. It’s a bit colder than I think is good right now. The day temps are where I’d prefer the night to be. Might need to put a portable heater soon. The temperature just isn’t staying up with the rest of the place. Soils pretty dry now. I’m going to water today. I imagine the water will run right through, so I’ll be spraying the top a bit to get it damp and then slowly watering to make sure the soil actually absorbs some of it. I’ve complained about my light being a dud or something (the viparspectra) and now I’m pretty sure it is. I have the light at 13 inches up at 50% and still getting stretched stems. This light should be 24 inches or more away supposedly at this age. Been like this since sprout as well. lol. Whatever. My camera is taking terrible pictures today. Just doesn’t wanna focus. No idea what its issue is. The ones I got for this were mostly crap, sorry. At this stage not much else to report on. Thanks for looking ✌️

01/13/25. Beginning of week 2. Well.. she’s just chillin doin plant stuff n things. She’s moving a long well. She seems a bit short. The only reason she’s reaching 2 inches is because her leaves are lifted up so high. She was given plain ph’d water today. Her last watering was with half the manufacturer recommended ratio for a seedling. That made it 0.6 ml of each the 3 parts. She seems happy with that. I water her when the top of her soil looks dry and her pot is light. I will most likely be transplanting her before next update comes, as her leaves are starting to span across her little pot. No roots showing at bottom yet. Thanks for lookin ✌️

01/21/25. Jumpin into the start of week 3. She’s plantin it up. She was a bit smaller than her friends at the start, but she’s caught up and doing nicely. I gave her water with half the manufacturer recommended ratio of nutrients So 0.6 across each three part. She started paling and cotyledons yellowed. It’s been REALLY cold where I’m at and it’s been hard to even keep the whole house at 70 f or above. The little baby plants have been lucky to get even 70 as a temperature. The polar vortex thinger should be giving us a break tomorrow, supposedly, so should warm up a bit. Light is at 18 inches up and about 90%. Oh, she was also transplanted yesterday into a 1 gallon nursery pot. Thanks for lookin. ✌️

01/27/25. Welcome to the start of week 4. This little lady is lovin life. As I mentioned last update, she was a bit smaller than her friends previously, but she has been playing catch up. Shes doing a great job. She now has the same amount of nodes as most of her friends, that being 4. Her leaves and stature are just a bit smaller. I will top her as soon as she hits 5 nodes. I think she’s definitely favoring the temperatures being a little warmer. It’s still not where I’d like it, but an improvement. She was just watered yesterday, slowly, until a bit of run off. I’ve upped her food to 2.5 across 3 parts, as well as upped calmag (1) and silica (2). I pulled a dip shit move and left my measuring tape in the flower tent and it’s lights off, so I’ll have to come back tomorrow to update that. I doubt she’s much different than last measurement though honestly. Update: 01/29/25- updated measurement and watered with food. 01/31/25- topped and plain watered. Also added picture/video. Went ahead and topped at 4th node because with the node spacing it seemed a better spot for this one. I did wait until 5th was there though. Thanks for lookin. ✌️

02/03/25. Start of week 5 This lady is doing well. She was topped like 3 days ago and is pushing growth. She was plain watered today, slowly, until runoff. Roots are starting to hit bottom so she’ll probably need a transplant soon. She’s drinking every 2-3 days. She’s having some nice growth the past few days now that it’s not cold af. She’s enjoying the heat. Not much else going on currently. If anything else happens I’ll come back and update. Thanks for lookin. ✌️

02/11/25 start of week 6 She has been transplanted into a 2 gallon now. I usually woulda put her in her final pot but I have limited room at the moment.. so she’ll have to be transplanted again later. She has also been topped a second time. She’s changed drastically since last update. She’s a bit smaller than some of her friends but she’s growing fast now. Watering whenever her pots light/soils dry, with no set amount- water slowly until a bit of run off. Since she just got into fresh soil I watered last with just silica and calmag. She’s 7 inches tall now. Just saying it here because GD is being weird and the numbers keep saying different than what I put. Think that covered everything. Thanks for lookin.✌️ Updates 02/14/25- fed/watered 02/15/25- added picture

02/17/25. Start week 7 veg Transplanted to final home and moved into flower tent. Not flipping yet. Switched the timers to veg mode. I want this grow to do at least 8 weeks. This girl has been crazy with growing. She was a bit small with no much branching a bit back, but now since she’s taken off, she really grown lots. She was watered in and fed after transplant She’s now under the 320w at 50% about 25 inches away. If I notice any problems I’ll adjust the dim. I’ve got her propped up so she’s closer in height to her taller friends. It’s gotten really cold again so I’m guessing growth will slow down like a couple weeks back :( The cold this grow has really been a pain in the ass.

02/24/25. Start week 8 veg This cutie has been getting some training just to open her up a bit before she gets flipped. She’s loooing great now and she’s ready. Just waiting on her friend to catch up and we’re good. She was watered yesterday with ph water with calmag. She drank about half a gallon. Her next watering will be with a feed. 02/26/25- did some more last minute training and cleaned up around her nether regions and got rid of lower growth. 02/27/25. Watered/ fed half gallon. Nothin else to mention for her this update. Thanks for lookin. ✌️✌️

03/03/25. It’s flip time! Day 1 flower let’s go Well, I’m just really surprised by this girl. I really didn’t have high hopes for her. I mean, she just always seemed to lag a bit with growing and branching etc. She’s looking just amazing and has taken well to all her training. She’s starting to go a little wild now though haha. Shes been fed/watered today at about half a gallon with run off. I usually feed every other water, but as she’s really growing, and about to put in some serious work, I wanna make sure she isn’t lacking. Hopefully this doesn’t overdo it though. In the lead up to flowering, I got rid of some leaves that seemed like they’d cause airflow problems. I like to leave the leaves as much as possible. I’ll need to clean her up a bit more over the next couple weeks. Think that’s about all that’s goin on. Let’s get stretchin.. ur hopefully not too much 😹

03/10/25. Start of week 2 flower or day 8 This girl is really going wild. She’s developing at a really fast pace. I guess fastbuds for a reason huh? My first experience growing from them and I’m loving 2/3 plants I’m trying so far. She’s drinking half a gallon every 2 days. I usually feed every other water but have been going back to back approaching, and going into flower, in hopes of not getting deficiencies that have been a problem. I think I will back off on that now though with this one as she is showing some yellowing at the tips which I think is sign of overfeeding. Increased light intensity. Now at about 75% and 13 inches away. I will be raising the light up, as this is a bit close imo, plus her friend next to her, is about to grow into the thing. Think that covers things for now. ✌️✌️

03/17/25. Starts of week 3 flower day 15 Pressed for time so gonna keep this short She’s drinking about half a gallon every 2 days. Last watering was plaint oh water as I mentioned she was getting tip burn. She’ll have a watering again tomorrow and I think I’ll feed but at a light rate. She didn’t stretch too much this past week- about 3 inches. Her little buds got just a tad bigger since last update. Other than slight tip burn I have no issues to report on. Thanks for lookin ✌️

03/25/25. Start of week 4 flower. Day 21. So last week I talked on how I was slowing down on her nutrients because she was getting tip burn. It looks like it has still progressed a bit. It’s not terrible, but eh.. not want. So, I’m going to water, water, feed, water, water etc for now.. unless I see any signs of deficiency. She’s doin just fine other than that. She has stopped stretching now, it looks like. She didnt grow taller at all since last update. She’s starting to focus on her buds more now. I’d say width, or fattening wise, she’s doing the most so far. Oh, she will be getting a plain watering tomorrow. No other issues or anything to report on this time around.

She’s getting about a half gallon of water every 2/3 days depending on stupid humidity that keeps coming and going. She’ll get plain ph water tomorrow. Nothing else to mention this week other than she’s a sticky smelly one

04/07/25. Start of week 6 flower. Nothing but good things going on here. She’s fattening up some now and does have early fading going on, but growth seems to still be happening okay and her hairs are still white. These fastbuds are new to me. Never grown anything from them because well.. thought of autos when thinking of them and I’ve never grown those. Anyway, have to say, I am impressed. They are flourishing even with terrible soil conditions. I’m trying to remedy them but still. It’s crazy. Watering is tomorrow and I’ll be checking ph after some run off, and then following by some nutrients if alls good. If not- I’ll be working on that some more. I added some ag lime previously to help get rid of the acidity. Crossing my fingers. She’s sticky as heck and has a very pungent like gassy smell.. with a faint sweetness. Not smelling any fruit smells as of yet.

@Grow4Releaf, Yeah I’m actually really impressed with this and the lemon mandarin so far. I honestly never really looked at any FB before because I just thought of them as the go to for autos- and not my thing. They reached out and asked if I’d try the photos and I said sure why not. I definitely don’t regret it. Hopefully I don’t jinx anything hahah
