BettysBuds This is the second strain of my first grow, one of my favourites to smoke, Gelato. I popped her in a solo cup once germination began but I cut the bottom off the cup and popped the whole thing into her final pot and 18 hours later she’s sprouted up about an inch off the soil!
Hopefully this is a sign of a good, quick grow. Personally I have no idea because I’m brand new to this 🤣 Fingers crossed!

BettysBuds Now into the 4th week of veg. I will switch the lights to 12-12 this weekend. Gave her a wee trim and set her into the scrog net.
ONWARDS TO FLOWER!
I’m really impressed by this seed, germinated very quickly and has gone from strength to strength!

BettysBuds This week I gave the Gelato a savage haircut. Kinda jiminy cricket-ed my cuts and let my conscience be my guide.
Seems to be working out so far. Gelato is one of my favourite strains so I’ve got high hopes for this one.
Using a touch of bio bloom to encourage flowering, not sure if that’s the right thing to do but I’m going with it.
Any advice from you lovely people is always welcome!

Hey. Just a heads up
I saw u mentioned switching to 12/12 this weekend. Ur running an autoflower u can keep the lights at either 18/6 or 20/4 (most autos I veg and flower under 20/4 just use DLI for light intensity)
But just wanted to throw that out there for u incase were unaware.

@Grow4Releaf, hey buddy thank you for the advice I really appreciate it. Luckily I did actually figure this out after a little research so I didn’t switch the lights over in the end. Thank you for the help, I’ll give the 20/4 cycle a try. I am a total newbie so any advice you have is welcome! Thanks friend! 🙂
