Reyden I am very happy to have the opportunity to participate in this contest and I will put effort and passion into it when it comes to what I love to do! I will postpone the germination of these Runtz in about 2/3 weeks as soon as I have finished the current cycle...I can't wait to see this Green Sensation by Plagron as well as the girls in bloom will like it! We update very soon and good growth to all participants!
Thanks to Zamnesia and Plagron! 🌱

Reyden First of all, I apologize for this delay, but I was only able to put the seeds in the ground a few days ago because I didn't have space in the box, and my girls took longer than I thought this time, so I couldn't do otherwise. I hope you can understand... now, let's get to it. You’re going to laugh, I know, but I wanted to try ordering from Temu for the first time to see if anything actually arrived and what the quality was... even though I could have expected it! As you can imagine, I ordered a small greenhouse with LED lights included with a timer for 3-6-12H and some rock wool cubes, which I didn't end up using in the contest because I had never used them before and didn't want to risk it... anyway, after 2 weeks, the package arrived, and that’s when I immediately put the Runtz to germinate in the soil! They are now 3 days old in the latest photos and germinated on February 7!
To make up for my delay in posting the 1st week of vegetative, I tried to upload a few more photos! The girls are doing well, #4 has grown with the first pair of leaves one smaller than the other! But they are all beautiful anyway! Let’s keep them going 🙏🤞📚👨🌾🌱💯🎸⛽️💨🧤🚀

Reyden Today the girls are exactly 10 days old! I'm preparing a mix where I add a tablespoon of zeolite for 1L of water and some coffee grounds along with 4 crushed eggshells to sprinkle around the plants... unfortunately, I made a mistake and put a bit of rooting agent and root stimulator in the sprayer, about 100mg per L of water, and that must have been too much for the young leaves that got a few burn spots on the first pair... now they're drinking about 200ml of solution every 72h and that seems like a good compromise... I just have to check the humidity 20 times a day and try to provide the right air exchange and manage the humidifier! This is what it means to work manually, but I actually like it and I can afford it without going crazy within reason! Let's keep them going 🙏🤞📚👨🌾🌱💯🎸⛽️💨🧤🚀

Reyden Right now, I can say I'm breathing a sigh of relief...even though...
The delay this time is due to a serious mistake I made about two weeks ago when I messed up the amount of water I gave to my ladies! Such a mistake was devastating, and I practically watered them too early when the plants were still too small for the pot. Day by day, I saw them curling down more and more, and at one point, I really thought the girls would struggle too much to recover, and that would have been an unforgivable mistake. I saw them looking really bad, and for a moment, I thought I was out of the contest, but that wouldn't have been acceptable for me, not to mention a lack of respect for Zamnesia and Plagron and for the great work and commitment they put in every day, even for this Contest! So I tried every way possible to make up for it, and slowly it seems they are recovering, even though they experienced huge stress and growth has slowed down a lot! I won’t give up and I’m trying to give the best to the girls with totally natural homemade stuff (Aloe, coffee, garlic, honey, ginger, banana peels, eggshells, etc...plus organic plant material that I’m macerating like nettle, mint, sage, rosemary, and other plants...the results aren't immediate in the short term, but you'll see that the soil and roots will have a lively and nourished environment full of organic matter that releases slowly, allowing the plants to maximize their defenses against diseases and have greater resistance to pests and infestations. In short, I managed to escape a root rot that could have really knocked me out, but I did everything I could, and finally, even if slowly, with three fans pointed at them and an extractor running at full speed along with a dehumidifier on 24/7, my little ones are back in the game, in a bigger 11L pot, eager to grow and looking more beautiful than ever! This contest is full of Growers who publish high-level content with great commitment and a strong desire to show our entire community their work and their amazing flowers, and we definitely, even after a huge screw-up, couldn't back down! Let’s go, we still have time to complete the work and stay in the game! 🔥🙏🌱💨🚀

Reyden I can finally say that the girls are in great shape and I've given them my all, in every aspect! Every time is always an opportunity to learn; you think you're doing well, but if you're not careful, you end up doing certain things you could have avoided! What’s certain is that you never stop gaining experience, and each time you have one more tool to achieve a more than satisfying result! Three days ago, I topped the girls at the 4th node and defoliated the lower fan leaves. Now we’re waiting about another week before going into 12/12! I'm preparing some Aloe Vera extracts along with pure honey from a beekeeper friend, garlic, and coffee grounds… what benefits them also benefits us and vice versa; we're not that different from the plants, we both need water, essential nutrients for our growth stage, and exposure to sunlight especially! In fact, like the plants, we should try to spend as much time as possible in sunlight and follow its course; I think it’s the best thing to do, to follow the biological, solar clock rather than watching the hands and following someone else's schedule! I'm definitely happy to see the plants recover this way; I couldn’t have done otherwise, but it hasn’t been an easy few weeks. Now we’re aiming for an excellent flowering 🌼

Reyden This time I didn't update the diary on time for various reasons, both due to time constraints and because I wanted to wait to see some regrowth after I messed up two weeks ago... now I’ll have to quickly catch up with a little rinse of just rainwater to clean the roots well before introducing a great mix that I always make myself. The main ingredients are Aloe Vera, Zeolite, Nettle, and Banana Peels, all macerated for about 10-14 days to help my ladies develop a higher resistance against pests and molds. Additionally, every two weeks I’ll add some dried cow blood to give the right boost! In a few days, I’ll bend the Runtz down at the apical branches, and in a few more days, we’ll switch everything to 12/12h.

Reyden We did it! The Runtz have officially been in flowering for almost a week and despite all the various problems (that I created), we're trying to grow them without major issues, just some nitrogen absorption problems and a few fan leaves a bit yellower than usual, but nothing to worry about, thankfully! Nothing compared to the rot they were about to develop in the second week of life, where the seedling is fragile and has little ability to drink water because of underdeveloped roots, obviously. So, to have made it this far with all 4 girls, I'm super happy! I'll try to take quality photos even with my old iPhone XS Max and I hope to upgrade all my equipment soon! In two weeks, I'll start using Plagron's Green Sensation! I can't wait to see its effects on the flowers of these beautiful Runtz!

Reyden I finally managed to get my Runtz back on track, and they are super healthy and full of life! Last week, I removed some leaves that were blocking light and a few lower leaves... the nettle and aloe vera macerate is now on day 18 and it's really dark! I'm using about two parts out of ten of water, and it seems like that's what they want... for a few days now, I've already started to notice a bit of smell, the structure of the plants is taking shape, and I think that in two weeks they'll be done growing and will focus only on the buds! Starting next week, we'll begin using Plagron's Green Sensation, so we'll see the true green power unleashed! Stay tuned for new updates! This time, they'll look beautiful!
P.S.: I added an intruder this week in the photos! Hint: the shortest one…

Reyden For now, I've added some photos because I had very little time and managed to take these shots while moving the girls to give them water while I cleaned the box. Being totally organic, I have a few gnats buzzing around more than usual, but nothing problematic; it means they appreciate the environment! In the meantime, the Runtz are starting to show the first real fresh terpenes, and now that I've started using Green Sensation at about 1ml/L, I think next week we'll see a significant increase in the structure of the flowers and the beginning of calyx formation... this afternoon, as soon as I get back from work, I'll take more photos and maybe videos! Thanks for stopping by, and I really hope you appreciate my work! Let's keep it lit! As always, thanks to Zamnesia and Plagron for sponsoring this fantastic contest! We're going to see some great things! 🤩

Reyden We arrived around the 4th week of flowering and my ladies are super attractive! Green Sensation just started and soon we'll see some super sticky flowers full of fragrant resin! This time after 4 attempts I finally managed to upload videos from this iPhone that kept failing for some reason, then I realized that 4k was a format not suitable for Growdiaries and in HD things got sorted out, with a bit of patience you can do anything, someone used to say... well! See you soon for more updates on these fantastic Runtz!

Reyden We have reached the 5th week of flowering, maybe even a bit more.. the Runtz are doing great and the green sensation is working wonderfully! You can smell fresh terpenes in the room and the buds have formed, I’d say about 60/70%, the trichomes are turning white and when you touch them, they stick to your fingers like they’re glued together... I can't wait to see these ladies mature because they are a real bomb! The DIY work to create your own compost or fertilizer is priceless, the plants become strong and multiply their defenses to the max! The quality of the flower is another world! It’s a job that pays off with enormous satisfaction... I love doing this and it’s my goal in this life! Selecting and creating new things, with the sole aim of creating the best! Follow me for more updates, this week we’ll be using beneficial frequencies on the girls... something like Bach or Beethoven should be nice..🌱

Reyden I anticipated a few days to make up for the delay in the first weeks… the flowers at this point emit an intense and sweet smell, the plants mainly split into 2 phenotypes; 2 Runtz are more compact but the shape and structure of the branches and leaves are not bushy and they haven't needed much defoliation, while the other 2 Runtz are taller than their sisters but not by much, although the difference is obviously noticeable.. the flowers of the taller sisters have lighter pistils and are still practically all white, what impresses me is the vigor of all 4 plants, especially from the 3rd/4th week of flowering and since I introduced Plagron's green sensation? The buds have really started to grow visibly, and now in the 6th week I find myself with giant and compact buds! Let's see how they make it to the finish line.

Reyden I apologize for the quality of the photos, but this time I had to leave everything in my mom's hands because I had to leave, and I had to explain everything to her and write 3 whole pages with the entire process from cutting to curing in jars... I just hope she follows my instructions because there's still the last week left, and I'll be back by mid-June... see you at the final update!

Reyden We made it! We're almost at the finish line... these days the girls are at their peak and the smell in the room is super strong! This update was also made possible thanks to my mom who kindly took care of the girls for me; I'm happy because it seems she managed to follow all my instructions and this time there were no issues... it's my first time competing in a contest and getting photos sent to me via email.. I apologize if the focus isn't always the best, but personally, I couldn't ask for more. It was a job I needed to do and I had to leave everything behind... getting back to our flowers, I have to say that the Green Sensation from Plagron made a difference, considering that the food this time was prepared entirely by me, it did an excellent job and the flowers seem to say it loud! I'll try to update the last step before the end... in two days I'll have the girls cut! See you soon!!!

Reyden The plants have reached maturity and are super full of fragrant resin. My mom and I did an excellent job cooperating, and she helped me with the harvest and taking care of the girls for the last 2 weeks... I’ll have to get her a big gift because she did an amazing job, and the plants ended up in great shape... I can't wait to taste them...
