Jmaninthemidde420 Got 100% germination. Started 12 autos in here about a month ago and mice got them. Did a deep clean killed 3 mice and put down mice repellent(peppermint and cinnamon oil) Pray the mice don’t get them this time. I started this diary a little late by a few days. So I already transplanted them. I haven’t given them any nutrient yet but i put a thin layer of worm casting at the bottom of the 3 gallon fabric grow pot(5%) mostly fox farm ocean forest soil in the center(80%) and a thin layer of fox farm happy frog seed starter blend on top. (15%) I started them in 3 inch vivosun peat pots which have holes drilled in the bottom which I can immediately tell are better than traditional jiffy peat pots which don’t have holes. They were filled with the happy frog seed starter blend. Keeping soil top moist, gradually going to add more water each watering. Will start organic nutrient regimen at the 3 week mark after transplant which was jan 8th. Other than that will update you next week.

Jmaninthemidde420 Transplanted into 3 gallon pots. Most of the plants are looking healthy. A couple look stunted but that’s ok I’m sure it will recover. No nutrients for 3 weeks. So not much to sayv

Jmaninthemidde420 1 looks amazing, most look normal and a couple look weak. So I decided to give it oyster shells as a dry amendment(1 tbsp spread around the pot) Normally I would wait till the 3 weeks mark to give it oyster shells and epsom salt for cal mag but they look like they needed something so I just gave it oyster shells early. Hopefully the oyster shells help the weak plants recover and the strong plants thrive

I’ve also transplanted 1 chive plant per pot which took kindly and just over seeded some Basil which I will thin. I added diluted runoff water to help with microbes and nutrients. Other than that not much.f

Jmaninthemidde420 This strain has some serious indoor potential. This is its last week of veg before I switch the lights to 12/12 cycle. I will do a lights off for 36 hours to speed up flowerings Love ethos. I’ve had great success with both there autos and photos.

Jmaninthemidde420 Someone told me online that these plants look weak. Personally I see 2 runt looking phenos and the rest seem fine. Anyway… I switched them to bloom feb 11 so 5 days ago. I companion cropped chives and basil into each pot to help with microbes pest resistance and terpene production. There are studies that is inconclusive but say that certain herbs and plants help with terpenes in nearby plants through rhizome and air Gave it a feeding not immediately after switching to bloom but the second watering. Also kept the light at 75% power for the first 3 days to reduce stress. Did I light pruning/defoliation before the hairs start popping out. Which some are just starting to form hairs. Will probably do one more light defoliation and I’m mid pre flower and that’s it.

Jmaninthemidde420 Did a final defoliation/pruning a few days ago. Pre flower hair/calyxes are just now visable. Smell is very mild but there is a smell to it. Plants are growing well. Roots are starting to pop out the bottom

Jmaninthemidde420 Plants are looking excellent. All have pre flower signs. Giving all organic nutrients and taking very kindly to it. Did the last pruning/ defoliation a few days ago Going to give it a few more weeks of organic feeding mostly using a variety of sugars such as molasses coconut water and honey mixed with liquid worm tea. Using diy supplemental co2 to help.

Jmaninthemidde420 Most are looking good. Even the runt has recovered and should produce something. The one in the back left is likely a different strain or somehow the grandpas cookies x XXX got mixed up in a different spot. I’m expecting a decent harvest just can’t give numbers. Pretty green purple and yellow colors Fed it about a week ago with molasses and liquid worm tea. Before that I added Epsom salt and oyster shells at different times in bloom. Will add diluted coconut water and maybe honey if it needs more

Jmaninthemidde420 Gave them liquid fish and they seem to take kindly to it. Colors are beautiful on these plants. Terps are a little sweeter than expected. I was hoping more of an earthy pine smell. They smell like cane sugar. Which is good, strong terps but I was aiming away from the sweet terps. I will definitely do larger pots(5 gallon) as they could had a better stretch but I’m always learning.

Jmaninthemidde420 Last 3-4 weeks on these girls. Fat tops on them too. Will def do bigger pots next time tho even if that means sacrificing some plants. I will still get a better yield in 5 g pots. Smell is sweeter than expected but I’ll take the strong smell. Some do have an old school haze or earth smell but most of them smell like fruit. Gave them some hydrolyzed fish almost 2 weeks ago but it has some time so I’m going to give it some honey water as it’s final feeding. Than a 3-4 week clearing phase(organic flush)

Jmaninthemidde420 Plants are at the final 2-3 weeks depending on Pheno and strain. So no more nutrients from here on out. I wish I did larger pots but these will do. Plucking any dead crispy leaves. I also gave it its final feeding of liquid worm tea and honey last week. Gradually giving it less water to speed up the ripening process.

Jmaninthemidde420 Harvested some of the plants along side 1 auto smell is amazing and the buds are fat and trichomes thick. Most of the plants are still ripping but soon ready.
