All seeds popped, started two blue dreams and two gsc. Only keeping three.
Started seeds by soaking overnight and putting in damp paper towel at 80 degrees in the dark at 80% humidity.
Transplanted all plants to their final 5 gallon fabric pots in pure 100% coco coir. Pre-buffered the coco to 5.8 ph and added rhizotonic nutrients to have them not watered for a few days while they stretch their roots. Kept one blue dream and two GSC
Topped all plants at the 3rd node on day 17, planned on mainlining all of them but only the bluedream was able to be trained without issue. The GSC plants will only be topped (eventually losing one of the tops of the GSC due to user error)
Topped all plants getting them ready for mainlining, the blue dream is growing much, much faster than the others. GSC plants will eventually run into issues
Lost a top from one of my GSC, PH was all out of wack due to my well spiking in PH to 7.6 from the tap. Wasn't phing every watering and it bit me in the butt. From here on out, I was ph'ing every feed to a max of 6.0 (target 5.8)
Flipped to flower! The blue dream now has 7 main tops (lost one due to over aggressive training). Put up my scrog net to support the buds if they get too large.
Second week of flower! Plants are looking great. Training out the blue dream to be as wide as possible and trying to give the GSC plants the best chance. They're much more indica dominant so they will finish up much faster.
Third week of flower! They've been stretching like crazy, the Blue Dream has been drinking over 3 liters a day and its stretching almost .5-1 inch per day. The GSC bud development is lackluster but the blue dream is stacking up.
Fourth week of flower completed. The Blue Dream plant is STACKING on flowers, looking amazing, drinking over a gallon a day. Nice and full.
Did a heavy defoliation this week to clean up and lolipop the plant material under the first scrog layer.
GSC bud development is not so great, not going to be big colas, probably going to be smaller dense buds.
Start of week 5 of flowering.
Blue dream is still stacking up flower sites and building mass, looking fantastic.
Disappointed with the girl scout cookies, terrible bud development with small little flowering sites. Nice and frosty but not what I was expecting.
Coming into week 6 of flower looking strong. Bud development on the GSC is terrible but has some of the most intense resin development.
Blue dream is looking perfect.
Started feeding 1ml/l of pk for this week
Alright! Week 7 of flowering has started. The Blue Dream is forming enormous colas that are having trouble staying upright by themselves. Smells like candy and haze!
The GSC bud development is terrible. Very small, but highly resinous. They are starting to get dense however, so that is positive. Smells like dirty mushrooms, mint and slight orange.
Week 8 of bloom!
Had to harvest the GSC last week due to it throwing off bananas on almost every bud. Probably harvested about a week early.
Buds were so tiny, might get a couple ounces total but the resin production is monstrous.
Removed all the netting and re-arranged the Blue Dream in the middle of the tent. This thing is starting to fatten up quite a bit. Looks amazing, smells amazing. Might get 200g off of it.
Probably going to be wrapped up in 3 weeks.
