3/4 isn’t bad. Last crop was done drying so I can use this tent for these 4 ladies. All 4 had great taproots when I planted but only 3 sprouted. 24k sprouted first and is the best germinating/sprouting so far.
Everything is looking good so far, I think the forum stomper freebie is the one that popped in the bottom right, I believe that soil is too hot the cotelyn or whatever came out burnt around the edges but is leveling off.
I bumped light intensity this week from 20% to 50% just to keep the tent warm flux intensity by 10 as well.
Kpa is my compass as always and shooting for a .8 at this stage
I increased my VPD to .9 and bumped ligh intensity to 6 where I have a 20 lux reading. I’ll monitor closely this week but I feel like the tent temp is too cold at night. still watering as needed with 6.8 tap water. I’ll continue this until I reach the edges of the pot and the they’re on the auto water pots. I still have those 2 small runts I let them dry out a bit this week and watered with some fish shit I hope the warmer temps help with these. No feed yet, my soil mix looks good I’ll aim to top dress next week
They really got bushy this week. I trimmed the first triple leaves on all plants and topped between node 4 and 5. I’ve got them bent over this week hoping the trim top and train will slow them down a bit and let the 4th catch up. I’m not changing anything this week. I have the most stubborn plant in my other tent finishing, as soon as that’s done I can move these in, top dress and put them on auto watering pots
First feed this week. Top dressed and watered in, let pots dry back and then introduced the self watering pots. My rules is always as soon as they reach the outside of the pot they’re ready for auto pots. I did post to Reddit this week looking for guidance on the size of the leaves and how to keep them out of the soil, they’ve done this on their own just fine.
Looks like everyone is female, I’ve topped 3/4 plants to give the smaller ones time but they’re doing their own thing now I’m just a passenger.
Defoliate next week, checking the pot gauges everyday
This week they stretched pretty good, 24k has been the healthiest so far. I just can’t figure out what these 2 4 assed monkeys want. At this point they’re stunted I believe and their biological clock kind of pasted them by. I’m going to grow them out and test some nutrients to see if I can figure the strain out for next time? I’ve got a few beans left.
This will probably be the last week of stretch and veg then we’re into flower. I did open an extra vent and raise see the lights by 4 clicks I’m high and don’t feel like measuring but I cannot let the tent temp get away from me with these warmer days the foxtailing on my last harvest was bad.
Edit. I went at them tonight for some reason. Topped the one bottom left and used some twine to stretch the branches so I could identify what needed to be trimmed. This could be their time of death 3/16 2300
I did some defoliating this week, took a couple good times to get the bud sites some light and I still feel like it’s too bushy. As you can see I have a little runt in the back, I’ve done everything I can for her so I’ll just grow her out and see what it is. The two biggest are 24 carat and 1 4 assed monkey. I had to pop another seed but I don’t know if the original popped for the forum stomper oh well, we’ll find out.
Plan is to feed them next week and let them do their thing. I see some nutrient burn on the bottom left, seems my soil mix is doing good.
I need to pull the pots off the auto water things and clean them for the rest of the grow.
Making water today I had to use both ph up and down hope that doesn’t fuck my grow
