Mr_Anonym 21.02.2025 (Week 1 - Germination & Setup)
New grow run – this time with K-Mintz Auto from Ripper Seeds! 💥🌱
I'm going with a Living Soil setup again using FLO soil, this time with a living ground cover of red and white clover to keep the soil biologically active and provide organic nutrients to the plants. 🌿🔥
---
Setup & Conditions:
💡 Light: Sanlight Q Gen2 165W (120 cm distance during the germination phase)
🌱 Medium: FLO Living Soil (biologically active, no-till)
🌾 Ground cover: Red and white clover for nitrogen fixation and soil care

Mr_Anonym The K-Mintz Auto is developing wonderfully! The first leaves are well-formed, and the root system seems to be establishing itself successfully. Especially exciting: The clover is growing like crazy and forming a dense green carpet over the soil.
Lamp: 50 cm distance, plant is responding well
Temperature: 27–31°C (slightly elevated, adjustments to follow)
Humidity: 75–82% (still a bit high, exhaust will be increased soon)
Observations:
✅ Strong, green leaves without any deficiency symptoms
✅ Clover improves soil life and retains moisture
✅ No signs of stress or overwatering

Mr_Anonym General Condition:
The K-Mintz has developed well overall, but there was an incident: One branch has broken. Despite this setback, the plant continues to show vitality and is continuing its growth. The reaction to LST is positive, and the side branches are starting to grow stronger upwards.

Mr_Anonym The K-Mintz Auto currently looks very stable and healthy. The main cola is developing strong and tall, with many side branches also forming solid buds. The resin production is visibly increasing, the flowers are beautifully frosty and smell more intense.
The plant was once fed with Madam Grow, which caused slight leaf burn at the tips for this strain – but significantly milder than with the Apricot. Since then, only clear water has been used to water it, to protect the roots and avoid accumulating more salts.
Some leaves were also removed from the K-Mintz to allow better light and air into the lower areas. The structure remains airy and stable, with no signs of mold or stagnation.

Mr_Anonym Plants show dense, resinous buds with increasing discoloration of the pistils (white → orange).
Trichomes are mostly clear to milky, with a few starting to turn slightly amber.
The buds have clearly gained volume, and side branches also bear compact flowers.

Mr_Anonym The K Mintz is continuing to develop well. The buds are becoming denser and heavier, and the pistils are increasingly turning orange-red. New white hairs are now appearing very sporadically. The trichome development is well advanced – many trichomes are milky, and some are already showing a slight amber color. The plant looks overall vigorous, and the upper leaves show minimal signs of ripeness. Watering is still done only with tap water to ensure a clean finishing phase.

Mr_Anonym The K Mintz is continuing to develop strongly in the final phase. The buds are compact, very resinous, and display a deep, frosty appearance with distinctly milky trichomes. Some amber trichomes are starting to show, but overall it still seems slightly behind the Sour Ripper. The flower calyxes are swelling further and exuding a sweet-cooling aroma with minty and slightly earthy notes. The typical K Mintz terpene profile is now fully coming into play. The leaves are changing color at the tips, indicating natural ripening.
