Purple Lemonade Auto

Samsimillia Germinated in a coconut tablet and now planted in the Lightmix.

Samsimillia The Purple Lemonade has 3-6 days left until topping, the stem above the first node should be at least 3mm wide. Otherwise, I will only apply LST. Day 12 The stem has developed wonderfully, the plant will definitely be topped.

Samsimillia Topped once above the 2nd node (Day 14) and then trained. I fed her a bit of Plagron Grow, Pure Zym, Power Roots, and Calmag to give her a little kick. I’ll add Power Roots and Pure Zym again in a light dose and make sure the pH is right.

Samsimillia The Purple Lemonade has been growing nicely since I topped it and did the last LST. The first little flower buds are starting to show. I cut off a few excess shoots that were growing under the other shoots. I also removed a few leaves to ensure the shoots get the maximum amount of light. A minimal over-fertilization is showing with a few claw leaves, but the tips and leaves are still a rich green. She's now getting more water with ~6.5 pH and a bit of Power Roots and Pure Zym.

Samsimillia Since the last LST and defoliation, the plant has recovered wonderfully, even though I might have gone a bit overboard with the defoliation and removed 2-3 leaves too many. Today, I defoliated again, removed 2 unnecessary shoots, and did some LST to keep the center clear, train all the shoots to the same height, and ensure they get full light. The plant is also showing slight signs of over-fertilization, but it shouldn't be too dramatic, so for now, I just added Power Roots and Pure Zym, and then adjusted the watering pH to 6.4.

Samsimillia The Purple Lemonade has grown really well in the last 10 days since my last post. It shows yellow tips, but otherwise looks very good, and the green is nice and rich. I think it could be light stress, based on a discussion with my trusted grower. The drain has an EC of 1.5 and a pH of 6.2. The EC could also be a bit lower, but it's within range. That's why I've only given Calmag, Pure Zym, and Power Roots, and watered with 3 liters today. The plant is drinking well, and the pot is now root-bound, at least downwards.

Samsimillia She's grown super big and huge, but the internode spacing is a bit large. I'm curious to see how the buds will develop; they're already turning a bit purple. I've really gellolipopped the plant this time, more than usual.

Samsimillia Unfortunately, the plant is suffering from a Calmag deficiency. I've already increased the Calmag dosage, but I probably won't be able to fix it completely. Not a big deal, the plant already smells nice and sweet with a hint of sour, kind of reminds me of lemonade. And it has grown huge, definitely bigger than my last plants, and the buds are developing beautifully and are already turning purple.

Samsimillia Yeah, I won't be able to fix the Calmag deficiency anymore, but other than that, she's growing well. The smell is really nice and intense.

Samsimillia I was on vacation for 5 days, and the plant took a bit of a hit. After that, I fertilized it 2-3 more times and then flushed in week 11. I harvested in weeks 12-13. Unfortunately, I lost track of the weeks a bit due to the vacation and all. The plant really smells like what you would imagine "Purple Lemonade" to smell like. When you touch the bud, you get a pungent smell on your fingers, reminiscent of the Amnesia Haze from back in the day. The smell is very strong. The buds are now drying in the Dry Bag. I'm very confident that this is going to be a really tasty harvest.

Samsimillia Smells just like the Amnesia Haze from back in the day. Tastes a lot like Amnesia too, with a tangy fruity note - super tasty!! The effect is very pleasant and not too strong. I personally really like it. I'm thrilled.
