Red Mandarine F1

MrCoffee This is the second time I will be growing this strain. I wasn't pleased with the results first time around, that's why I'm giving it a second try.

MrCoffee Added some 4-4-4 this week as new growth was lime green and the stretching was not optimal. Like all the other plants in this tent, i suspect a nitrogen deficiency.

MrCoffee So adding 4-4-4 payed off, new growh is now green again. The sad thing is I found some pollen sacks...in fact all 4 plants that are in the same tent have sacks....😡...dunno what I did wrong...😕So I cut all branches that had sacks, will be monitoring daily for new ones. If they do get pollinated I will just make extracts out of them. Moroccans make hash because their weed is full of seeds!

MrCoffee So I have been checking for more sacks...found two that I removed. But to be honest it's getting harder everyday to look for sacks with buds growing. Other than that they seem too be doing well but not great. I don't expect a big yield outta those 4. Red Mandarin is the most healthy looking and buds are developing better than the 3 others. It's also quite frosty!

MrCoffee Haven't seen seed formation, that's good! The Red Mandarin looks nice, buds are frosty but not as big as had hoped for. 4 more weeks, we'll see.

MrCoffee Looking good, buds are very frosty and sticky. Smell is sweet. She should be ready in 1 or 2 weeks. Hopefully she will put on a bit more weight before harvest.

MrCoffee This is an F1 so it will be ready this week probably. Buds are hard and frosty but not big. I wasn't expecting a big yield anyway. Hopefully it will be a good smoke. This is another hermi with balls chopped off.

MrCoffee So this is it, she's done! Next step harvest! She hasn't put on much weight compared to the three others in the tent. She is pretty frosty thought. Not expecting much regarding yield.

MrCoffee Cut this girl down on 420! 🤘😎 So around 60 days was the sweet spot for the Red Mandarine. Not a big yield but nice frosting. Nice smell and stickyness. Smell is sweet and bit skunky. Will let it cure and update smoke review afterwards.
