MaryStrix Today, we’re kicking off my second grow! 🌱🔥 I’ve chosen the same strains as in my first run – simply because I was blown away by the phenos I got. 🌿✨
On March 2nd, in the late evening, I started with a water soak. By March 3rd, the seedlings were planted in their final pots. Now, it’s time to wait about three days and hope that all three make it out of the soil! 🌱🤞
A quick check on March 7 and the first two Gorilla Cookies seedlings can be seen early in the morning. In the night of March 8, the little Weddingcheesecake also emerges from the soil.

MaryStrix The week begins quietly, but behind the apparent stillness, life is boiling. The values are stable, the new tent stands like an impregnable fortress - protective, efficient, perfect. Inside, pure energy unfolds: the ladies grow unstoppably, stretching out towards the light full of strength. And in the middle of this green spectacle, Angel, my cat, watches over her kingdom with regal composure. Not a leaf escapes her attentive gaze - as if she were the secret guardian of this little paradise. 🌱🐱🔥

MaryStrix Now we start week two! 🌱✨ The little ones are doing well and are developing beautifully. I've adjusted the light intensity slightly - we're now at 35%, so we'll see how they cope. I will slowly increase the intensity week by week.
There was also a small feed ration. The values remain stable, so everything is going according to plan so far! 💪🌿
There was a bit of sport on day 3. They seem to like it.

MaryStrix Week 3 begins – and things are getting exciting! 🌱🔥 The little ones are thriving, so it was time for some adjustments. I slightly increased the light intensity, took some measurements, and gave them their first training session. 💪
Each plant had to sacrifice a leaf to help guide the direction for LST (Low-Stress Training). A gentle first step to shape their growth. Now, it’s all about watching closely, fine-tuning, and enjoying the progress! 🌿✨
March 25th – and things got dramatic! 😲 While I was mixing the nutrients, Angel just couldn’t resist and happily started munching on the first leaf! 🐾🌿
Luckily, I managed to step in just in time for a rescue mission. The plant barely made it through, but this could have ended badly… Now, fingers crossed for a quick recovery! 🤞✨

MaryStrix A new week begins – and everything is running smoothly! 🌿✨ Today, they got another round of water and nutrients, along with a slight light adjustment.
We took a very light approach to defoliation, removing a total of 6 leaves, but the girls are now allowed to develop in peace. So far, everything is going according to plan - so just sit back and enjoy! 😌💚
Week 4, Day 6 – Beauty Day! 🎀🌿
Today was all about plant wellness: A nice watering with perfectly tempered nutrient water with some TopMax and BioBloom, some gentle defoliation, and light training with wire loops. Gotta keep the girls in top shape! 💪✨
But MaryCake gave me a bit of a scare. On the first watering, she barely retained any moisture – most of it drained straight into the saucer. So, I quickly decided to give her a little water bath. After 20 minutes, she had noticeably gained weight and eagerly absorbed most of the water. A small moment of panic, but in the end, all was well! 🙌
Angel, of course, had to be part of the action again. She kept a watchful eye on the tent opening, making sure everything was done correctly. As a reward, she got her first tiny leaf to nibble on – but after that, she had to settle for just sniffing. 🐾🌱
Finally, the ladies were tucked back into the tent, where they spent the rest of the evening chilling their leaves at a cozy 28°C and 55% humidity. 🚀💚

MaryStrix Week 5 kicks off – and right on time, the stretch begins! 🚀🌱
As soon as the new week rolls in, the girls start reaching for the sky like they’ve been waiting for this moment. The climate seems just right for them – their leaves are standing tall, and their rich green hue (with a touch of personality) tells me their roots are happy. 🌿💚
Now it’s all about giving them space and time to flourish. The stretch is the prelude to bloom – and they’re stepping onto the stage!
Tomorrow, on Day 2, they’ll get some pH-adjusted water. I noticed the tips of the fan leaves turning ever so slightly yellow – a gentle reminder they might’ve had a bit too much. So we’re skipping nutrients this time and letting them find their balance again. 🔍💧
The excitement is real – how tall will they grow? 😏🌙
Day 5 continues – and things are getting tight in the tent! 🌿💡
Today we did a bit of light defoliation – just enough to let the buds breathe and get some more light to the lower leaves. The canopy opened up nicely, and the girls enjoyed their scheduled nutrient bath right after. 💧📋
The stretch is still going strong: they’ve grown another 6 cm this week! I’m more than happy with the pace – the ladies clearly know what they’re doing. 💪🌱
But of course, peace didn’t last for long. Angel once again made her move. While the tent was open, she somehow managed to sneak inside like it was her natural habitat.
Meanwhile, Luna seems to be developing a soft spot for the green ladies. She’s been enjoying her vacation spot with a jungle view 🌴 – though she’s still a bit suspicious of the rising mist. Slowly but surely, she’s creeping closer to the tent… ever so slowly... 🙈😎

MaryStrix Week 6 – the countdown to bloom is on! 🌸⏳
Another week begins, and the excitement builds – the ladies are getting ready for their big performance! 🎭 But first things first: they were super thirsty at the start of the week. Each of them downed a solid 4 liters like they’d been partying all weekend. 🍹💦
After that, it was time for a little beauty work again. Too many "umbrellas" shading the buds – so we gently defoliated, giving them some breathing room and letting the light reach deeper. 🌬️🌿 The girls deserve the best conditions before the bloom show begins.
Now we wait and hope they handle the cut well and enjoy the improved airflow. Everything's set for more growth – and we’re watching closely to see what this week will bring... 🌱🔥
Today we pulled out the tape measure again - and wow, the girls have really stepped it up in the last 5 days! 💪📈
The stretch is in full swing and you can really see them stretching, stretching and getting ready for the next phase.
Angel was of course on the spot again as soon as the measuring tape rustled - clearly quality control.
This time, Luna looked for a spot right next to the tent - she probably wants to know exactly what's going on in there. 🐾🌕

MaryStrix Week 7 - Welcome to shortage management 🌧️
The seventh week is off to anything but a relaxed start - the greenery is in crisis! 😬 A clear nitrogen deficiency has spread, the girls are showing the first yellow leaves and are drooping their shoulders. But this time I was prepared - lesson learned from the last run. So I didn't waste any time: FishMix to the rescue! 🐟💧 Despite the early flowering phase, there was another litre of lush green power water per plant - a little booster to get the girls back on track.
This was followed by careful defoliation - just the bare minimum to improve air circulation without causing additional stress. After all, they have just enough around the roots. 🌬️💚
And who was in the thick of it again instead of just being there? That's right - Angel. Caught red-handed with a cheeky look as she got a leaf between her teeth. The leaf monster strikes again! 😼📸 Luckily, we were able to capture the moment - a snapshot for the Hall of Fame of grow disorders.
Now it's time to put our feet up, watering can aside - we'll wait until the pots lose weight again. The show goes on... and we're watching very closely. 👀✨
Last act before the final spurt 🎭🌾
We're finishing week 7 today - and it looks like we've got the nitrogen problem under control just in time. 💪 The colours are slowly returning to normal, the growth looks stable... but don't get carried away now - foxtailing? No, thank you! 🚫🌸
The two smaller ladies have really worked hard this week. Their buds already look like little sugar snails - fat, compact and full of potential. 😍 Kekszilla, on the other hand... well, with so many shoots and flowers, you can't go full throttle everywhere at the same time. She looks a little slower, but more impressive. We reckon she'll need at least a week longer - which will be a bit of a logistical challenge with just one tent. After all, we want to dry in the dark and not in the light show. 💡🤹♂️
Angel has big plans again this week: With sparkling eyes, she has laid down demonstratively in the middle of the tent several times - in the hope that a hammock is finally waiting for her. 🐾🛏️ Maybe she thinks she's officially part of the set-up. And honestly? She's not entirely wrong. 😄
Three days ago we added fertiliser according to plan, and today we topped it up with Calmag - the soil was already dust-dry again. Thirst is at its maximum in week 7! 💦 Now we're slowly winding down the week, keeping a close eye on things - and fuelling our anticipation for week 8... then it's showtime! 🎇🌿

MaryStrix Week 8 - cookie time! 🍪✨
The new week starts - and we're really excited because one thing is now very clear:
We've caught both phenos at cookie time again! 🔥
A real stroke of luck - two characters, two vibes, double the anticipation for the harvest!
There's not too much action to report at the moment - the girls are patiently maturing, taking on color and working diligently on their buds. 🎨🌿
But what is definitely already apparent: The smell is getting stronger and stronger.
As soon as the tent opens, this delicious cloud wafts towards you - sweet, spicy, a hint of freshly baked biscuit... You want to roll a bag immediately, even before you've closed the tent again. 😋💨
The atmosphere in the bakery couldn't be better - and we're excited to see how much magic the next few days will bring. 🍃🎩

MaryStrix Week 9 – The Calm Before the Storm 🌌🌿
Not every week is full of action – and that’s exactly the beauty of it.
Week 9 brings stillness, patience, and green serenity. 😌💚
The girls stand there like little sculptures, maturing and slowly taking on shape and density. No drama, no crises – just regular watering, a scrutinizing look here and there… and just relax.

MaryStrix Week 10
...starts quietly. The buds are maturing steadily, while Angel keeps a watchful eye on everything 👁️🗨️🧘♀️.
📅 On the first day of the week, we did the first trichome check: mostly milky 🥛, no amber in sight yet 🔍.
⏳ We continue to wait patiently until the desired 10-15% amber is reached 🍁🔬.

MaryStrix Week 11 - calm before the storm 🌬️🌿
We are in week 11 and everything continues to run smoothly. The ladies are standing quietly, the buds are maturing, resin production is stable ✨, trichomes are developing - and things are slowly getting really exciting 🔍. You can tell that they want to reach their goal. The colors are changing slightly 🎨, the first sugar leaves are showing discoloration, the large fan leaves are gradually disappearing 🍂.
I hardly intervene any more, just check, observe and wait 👀. The smell becomes more intense, the Wedding Cheesecake adds a lot of flavor 🍰. The buds of the Gorilla Cookies shine beautifully and already look quite firm 💪. Now every detail counts - the microscope is pulled out every day 🔬.
The peace and quiet is a little deceptive - the final spurt is running at full speed in the background 🚀. A few more days, maybe a week, then it’s time ✂️

MaryStrix Week 12 - Waiting for amber ⏳🍁
Okay, week 12 has started - but to be honest: not much is happening at the moment. The ladies are still chilling out 😌, everything looks stable and healthy. The buds have gained a little more mass 💥, look fat and resinous, but the big change is yet to come.
Trichomes are still milky with occasional clear spots, but no amber in sight 🔬❌. Patience is now required - the wait is long, but there is no point in acting hastily. I check daily with a magnifying glass, but they’re taking their time. And that’s okay. Better to harvest too late than too early.
It feels like the calm right before the finish line 🏁. Just don’t get nervous now - they know what they’re doing.

MaryStrix Week 13 - lights out, show over 💡🔚
Today was the last day under the lights - from now on it’s off into the dark for at least 24 hours 🌑. The ladies have delivered, have visibly matured and now show amber trichomes everywhere 🔬🧡. The perfect moment has arrived.
All three look fantastic - resinous, dense, aromatic. The Wedding Cheesecake could easily have been harvested a week ago 🍰, but with only one tent available, they all had to go through together. But she coped well - not a trace of overripeness.
Now the final act begins: resting in the dark, then hanging upside down to dry 🔪🌿. It’s been a long journey, but it was worth the effort. I can’t wait to see how they smell, taste and look after drying. The anticipation is real. 🔥
Oh nice, everything is so green, I can see it's going really well. I'm very happy for you. Angel is definitely the star with her stolen leaf hehe that cheeky one. 😸
