Why you kept the plant in the cup? It's preferable to not transplant autoflowers and grow them from the beginning to their final pots! The plant size normally match with the pot size and your plant matches perfectly with this cup...

@Astrolavos,because I wanted to I didn’t have an ouch soil for another5gallon when I had 5 already lolit needed to go on a solo cup.
