Buurman’s Gorilla&OG Kush

Great start of this very first grow, ordered the seeds from Dutch Headshop and 10/10 came to life!! they are now living in a homebuild climate box enjoying the 10x 23Watt Phillips Tornado Cool White. 3 of the kush and 2 GG really needed to go into the dirt so decided to punch m all into 0.5L pots without any added nutrients. lost some sleep over the last days since it might have been a bit early for a few seeds to go into soil already but hey! with a little love and attention 9/10 survived, had to remove some helmets, fuck around with the temperature a little but i think it is set right now. got 9 healty looking seedlings. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx planning to bury my babies in Plagron Growmix & put m on the Top Grow Box diet. tips are always welcome!

ALRIGHT! I think i had a successful first week of the first grow :D The bitches are showing steady growth, started giving m a mix of Terra Grow, Pure Zyme & Power Roots. they seem to like it but hey what do i know? Don't know why the other half of my lights is taking so long to get here but we'll survive. temperature is still a little on the high side during the day, around 29 degrees, i will be installing 2 fans tonight which should fix that problem. (bought some fancy ass controller to automatically adjust the fan speed when temperatures rise, hope it works as good as it souds) This week will also be moving week, filled 6.5L 20x20cm pots with those brown balls and Plagron Grow Mix. started watering them in with a mix of Rain & Tapwater + Pure Roots & Power Zym. WHY?? again idk, there are so many tips online i'll just follow all of m. Doing the same again tomorrow morning and transplant them 2 hours before the lights go on. *day 12 edit. Moved the plants into the new pots, within 12 hours i could see them grow again so that must mean they like it, the rest of my lights arrived so we're growing under 10x 23w philips tornado CFL now because they are cheap as fuck and it works amazing. the whole temperature activated fan cooling system is out for now since the temperature is at a stable 26 degrees, and i didnt know that fans make so much noise turning off and on the whole time damnnnnn Let me know what i'm doing wrong & happy growing 😘

It was a week

It was a heavy week! Topped and FIMmed my O.G’s, I have no clue if I even did it right since I just topped of the newest node. Gorilla’s seem to be taking a little longer, they are super nice and dense little bushes! Nice dark green tho! 👨‍🌾🏻 Dropped the light on them a few times and burned off a few leaves had to cut off pretty much 25% off a monkey but doesn’t seem to affect it at all.. 1 OG has clear ladyparts sticking out all over, it’s also by far the best grower out of the 8, hope the rest of the plants show some signs soon 😏 I’m impatient. * End of the week update Did lst and it looks like I stepped on my plants.. they are doing fine no worries it just looks terrible 🐘 The gorilla’s are looking beautiful! Dark green and lush! What do you guys think about the OG that’s already getting so many pistons did it start flowering already??

It was a week of uncontrollable temperatures and not watering enough.. Fixed it now 1 OG definitely an auto flower

Started the last week of vegetation, kept the auto OG around with the rest I don’t really know if that was the wisest since it’s not getting the spectrum of light it needs.. big up to these CFL lights tho! couldn't have hoped for a better start the gorilla's are looking so nice, dark green and bushy, cant wait to see how the buds will look. haven't lst or topped them or anything. all natural 😏 i do love the effect of lst on the OG's also the 2 that i topped have a beautiful structure, of the 2 that i FIMmed, 1 didn't respond at all and just looks like the tips of some leaves got cut of 👍 and the other one looks like i topped it, so i might need to look into properly FIMming hehe.. ah well there is always next time, found 2 Lemon Haze seeds in my bag wich both jumpstarted to life in a fucking day after dumping it in a jiffy plug.. this week im gonna trim some leaves, pot m in 30L rootpouches and get ready to switch to bloom and do some seed shopping again :D

Last few days of vegetation. Think so far all is good, lost only 1 plant during germination, got some amazing looking babies and learned a lot by experimenting on them with help from this site. Topping and LST we’re both a big success! And the results don’t lie. It’s amazing to guide the growth this way. Gotta look into FIMming tho that failed :) Also it is kinda cool that I got a single auto flower OG Kush, nice to see that process too! Next post coming soon from the flower house!! Let’s get some buds!

This is probably week 9/10 actually. It’s been busy with non plant related stuff.. Babies moved tho, 1x1x2 growing tent with 600w hps. Gonna put a few cold white tornados next to it because the internet told me to🤓 9/9 plants are confirmed female. Found a bag seed of lemon haze that’s sprouted too, and now a week later it has the biggest leaves of m all. It’s on the flower schedule so prolly won’t get to big, still funny to see! Another bag seed that has been withering away on a windowsill somewhere joined us too! so it’s a full house atm with 11 different little ladies! Auto OG smells super nice, little chemical and lemony. It’s small but looks amazing, another week maybe 2? Had 2 gorillas in a pot together during veg and ripping the roots apart really set m back a little bit, they look a little light and are a lot smaller. Curious what’s still coming!!

Just another week of fun and games.

Flowering is fun! Smell is getting better every day, the color and the leaves look good. Still lst the plants for now tent is filling up nicely I’ve can’t see anything that’s going wrong :) ❤️

A really hot week last week, The lamp doesn’t make it any easier but steady at 28 degrees now. OG auto in its final days I think, leaves are starting to turn yellow so I’ve started a flush, it’s a beautiful plant, 80% of the plant is covered in bud, I’ll post some good pics before harvest. Not gonna be a crazy yield but for the size of the plant really decent. The feminized OG are all exploding with bud sites, amazing how fast it’s going the smell is getting better by the day Gorillas are cute! Flowering a little slower but a lot bushier and the leaves are sooooo pretty! Started to give more water and upping the dosage of nutes since I’ve not seen any signs of over feeding might as well try it out Okloveyoubye ❤️

Week number 12, feeding and waiting that’s pretty much it don’t have much to tell either, added sugar royal to the mix

Daaaayum hot week last week, worried about 2 plants showing some wierd main buds, but it’s hopefully the heat. Smell is pretty nice and got some juicy fruits growing on them trees! ❤️

Well the heat wave is finally over and the plants have sort of survived I guess.. Dropped the filter on one, don’t know how bad it is yet I taped it up like a mummie and hope for the best. Started to give loads of extra nutes for the next two weeks and will start a flush afterwards The OG’s are smelling pretty intense already, nice and frosty buds on m that start to weigh down the branches quite a lot, The Gorillas are so dense and bushy but faaaaaat nuggs on there, can’t even look at this plant without getting all sticky. The color seems perfect too. Tried to make some better pics this week without the growlight See yall next week 😘

It’s another week of drooling here damn these are some juicy looking veggies, already dreaming of smoking them!🤤🤤 I feel it’s starting to get to the end of the line for 2 of my OG’s, will feed m 2 more times before I start the flush. Plan to have m around for at least 2 more weeks hope that’s enough to clean m out. Got another OG with a crazy amount of leaf growth. Don’t know what to think of it but it has a great color and will def need a lot more time to develop buds, same package of seeds, same strain, same veg treatment complete different plant 🤨 1 gorilla (top middle) had the filter dropped on him and lost the main cola, the rest of the buds seem okay but the little twigs on this plant are way to skinny to keep m up right. The gorilla in the top right corner got too close to the sun, I really thought it was a herma or something but I guess it’s just deformed during a week of extreme temperatures. If ya think I should just chop it off leave me a comment 👍🏼 Sooo really dont know if anybody is still reading but I’m gonna split this diary up in 2, I love this site and it would be better to document per strain for my own archive. And the contests only admit 1 strain per diary hehe 😏

Week #16. Just patiently waiting for the girls to be all fat and juicy. Trying to get the humidity down to 40% but that bit is quite hard in this country. Also put a few of the daylight cfls in the tent for extra blue light. The internet told me to do it haha. 👨‍🌾🏻ciao!

Yeah this is getting hard, i just wanna smoke m now! Checking hairs and trychomes every day now, rather harvest too Late than too soon even, even tho every fiber in my body wants to smoke these plant. Gonna give m at least until Tuesday before I go dark for 48 hours

First grow is finished. Ended up with not a crazy amount of bud. But a load of growing experience. Battled the elements, extreme heat really impacted the density of the buds. The smell is still amazing tho, can’t wait to smoke this stuff. Don’t know if I would again grow this strain from Dutch Headshop. But am happy that I did for this first go!

The summer really affected my outcome, three weeks of near 40 degrees made most of my buds fluffy and deformed, then the dry room was left open so the humidity was at 30 percent.. 3 days and all my buds were completely dried out. After 4 weeks of curing the taste came back a little but still not the best Up to the next one ❤️
