Kosher Sorbet - Round 2

Harvested F63, hanging in cabinet to dry now. I will add more picks of the dry/cure in 2-3 weeks. 👍👍 I did a reservoir change last week and this week I didn't add any nutrients. I removed some nutrient water from the reservoir and replaced it with spring water and continued to add plain water for the last 8/9 days. I don't think my pre-harvest flush/feed schedule was great. I wanted to keep some nutrients in the water because the plant needs nutrients to perform a lot of its basic functions, but also to prevent a nutrient lockout. In hindsight, I should have done a reservoir change 2 days ago to get all the excess salts and built up nutrient again. I guess when I 🚬 it up we will find out if it mattered!
