Growtendo64 Both beans popped and broke through the soil around March 11. Kept them under a humidity dome at 70% RH. Root Juice was mixed into the Light-Mix beforehand. Watered: ~250ml each, gently around the sprout Notes: Smooth start, both seedlings looked strong and healthy right from the beginning.

Growtendo64 Both girls are in full early bloom mode now. Pistils everywhere and stacking well. Ganja Gaby has a tall, open structure – definitely the sativa-leaning pheno. Buffy is short, chunky and super leafy – classic indica vibes. Did some cleanup and LST earlier in the week. Watered: • Ganja Gaby: 4.1 L total this week (1.3L + 1.5L + 1.8L) • Buffy: 3.97 L total (1.2L + 1.3L + 1.5L) Notes: Great uptake. Both handled the increased feed without issues. VPD around 1.2–1.3kPa during most of the week. Will keep Bloom and Top-Max high and slowly taper off Grow next week.

Growtendo64 Stretch slowed down. Bud sites everywhere. Ganja Gaby shows clear sativa traits – tall, open frame. Buffy is the opposite: short, bushy and thick, needed defoliation more than once. No signs of burn or stress. Both responded well to the feed increase. Growtendo64 Week 6 – Mid Flower Push (April 15 to 21) Both girls are deep into flower. Ganja Gaby is stacking nicely with tight internodes and reached around 27 cm. Buffy stayed short and dense but opened up well after more LST and a solid defoliation. She’s now sitting on a 10 cm riser to even out the canopy. Feeding and Watering: Ganja Gaby needed a lot this week and got 2 liters on April 15, 17,18 and 20. Buffy stepped up as well and got her first 2 liter watering on April 18 and 20. Nutrients Used (per 2.0L): Bio-Grow 2.0 ml Bio-Bloom 4.0 ml Top-Max 4.0 ml Bio-Heaven 3.0 ml CalMag 1.5 ml Training and Maintenance: Ganja was defoliated twice to let the budsites breathe. Buffy had more LST early in the week and a cleanup after watering. Ganja is showing some reddish leaf veins. No major concern, just observing. Environment: PPFD adjusted to hit a DLI around 52 to keep stress low. Temps held around 24°C with 52% humidity. Overall Impression: Both are looking strong and healthy. Ganja is throwing orange pistils already and the smell is starting to build. Flowering is on track and momentum is good.

Growtendo64 General: Both girls are now fully into flowering mode. Ganja Gaby is leading the way with strong stacking and orange pistils showing up. Buffy is a little behind but catching up well. PPFD is locked around 900 µmol/m²s and plants are drinking fast (every 2 days about 2 liters each). Feeding & Watering: April 23 (Day 43): Watered 2L each. Grow 5ml, Bloom 8ml, Top-Max 8ml, Heaven 6ml, CalMag 3ml (for 4L total). April 25 (Day 45): Watered and fed 2L each. Grow 6ml, Bloom 8ml, Top-Max 8ml, Heaven 6ml, CalMag 3ml (for 4L total). April 27 (Day 47): Watered and fed 2L each. Grow 7ml, Bloom 10ml, Top-Max 10ml, Heaven 6ml, CalMag 6ml (for 4L total). pH was measured at 6.2 before watering. Training & Maintenance: On April 27 both plants were heavily defoliated to open up all budsites and allow better light penetration for the final stretch. No signs of stress after defoliation. Notes: Both are happy and healthy. No major nutrient issues. Red stems are visible but stable (likely genetic + light intensity). Excited to see how they finish stacking over the next weeks!

Hey there GREAT Question? This is something no one ever talks about and when anyone tries to bring it up everyone chips in and is like that’s bro science. I have actually experimented with this a lot. When you think about it in nature weed plants get harvested at the end of summer begging of fall. So in nature the amount of light will peak a few weeks b4 harvest. I have experimented with lowering the light intensity at different times I have concluded that it doesn’t matter if it’s harvest time or not if you lower the light intensity like 15% to 25% for 2 weeks the plant will start to finish up even if it would if normally went longer My take away is that you can force plants to be ready for harvest early by doing this you would possibly cut about 10 days off of harvest by turning down light intensity early Now with lots of experimental with the topic I think it’s good for the average plant that is supposed to go between 8 to 10 weeks I would slowly increase light intensity until the end of week 7 then over the next 2 weeks slowly lower light intensity around 15% gradually What this does when done at the correct time in my experience is the hairs seems to change colors all at the same time instead of top to bottom of the plant also the buds seems swell up more when I do this Good luck

Growtendo64 Ganja Gaby is in her ripening phase now. Buds are stacking well, pistils are starting to darken, and she’s showing signs of being ahead of Buffy in maturity. She’s still drinking a solid 3L every couple of days, but I’ve begun tapering Grow out of her mix and boosting Bloom and Top-Max slightly. One feed this week had an accidental Heaven overdose, but I diluted it and she handled it fine. Buffy is a bit behind in terms of ripeness, but no complaints – she’s thriving. Her canopy is dense but open thanks to defoliation and LST, and her structure is holding strong. She got full-strength feeds all week, and I’m seeing good progress on bud size and trichome coverage. Runoff pH on Gaby came in at 7.0, so I’ve started adjusting the water slightly more acidic. No nutrient burn or lockout, so we’re cruising toward the final weeks.

Growtendo64 We’re officially at the home stretch. Ganja Gaby is showing fully cloudy trichomes with some amber popping up – she’s nearly there. This week she received her final feeding with a reduced dose, and I’ve decided to harvest her in the next few days. No more nutes from now on – she’s going into her fade. Buffy is still pushing strong in flower. Her buds are bulking up, pistils are still mostly white, and she’s still drinking heavy. This week she got full strength feeding with a slight boost in Bloom and Top-Max. She’s not quite ready yet but making solid progress. I’ll continue feeding her for another week before considering a flush. So yeah – harvest prep for Ganja Gaby incoming. Can’t wait to see how she cures up.

Growtendo64 It’s time. After weeks of care, training, and adjustments – both Ganja Gaby and Buffy reached full maturity this week. Gaby was harvested first after showing around 20–25% amber trichomes. She had dense, frosty buds with a fruity, slightly gassy aroma. About 6 days later, Buffy followed, showing similar trichome maturity. Her structure remained compact but slightly stretchier, with more floral and creamy terp notes. Drying has started separately in the box, and trimming was done with care to preserve trichome quality. The grow ends strong – healthy plants, satisfying results, and a tent that smells like success.

Dos-Si-Dos Auto Royal Queen Seeds

Rated

Si-Dos Auto delivered a stable and vigorous growth pattern from start to finish. Both plants stayed compact with strong branching and responded well to LST and light defoliation. Bud structure was dense and well-developed, showing impressive trichome production during late flower. Pistils matured gradually and the trichomes reached around 20–25% amber by harvest. No major issues with pests or deficiencies. The strain handled BioBizz nutrients and light stress very well. Harvest time and bud development were in line with breeder expectations. A full evaluation of flavor and effect will follow after drying and curing – but structurally and visually, this is a top-performing autoflower that I’d grow again.
