DibbyDab First time cloning, got 4x Laughing Buddha with current a harvest curing now. These were kept in a 2x2 tent and transplanted to 7 gallon fabric pots for the first week while I was getting ready to harvest and clear out the 4x4 tent.

DibbyDab Moved them into the 4x4 tent, and installed a water drip system. Needs some adjustments to get the pressure I want for the sprinkler heads but that I’m fixing to do next watering. Watering kept them happy for a week straight 7 days, and instead of hand watering I pressed a button and watched the new setup run just have to empty the trays when it’s done. Water reservoir holds 13 gallons and I’ve got it split down to 4 plants, each get 2 sprinkler heads.

DibbyDab So this weekend I adjusted the drip system and cut out a lot of the extra slack, testing to get better pressure and more even spray from the sprinkler heads. Now with the water line shortened up, I added Bulletproof Si (mixed in 30+ min first) and then pH’d it down to about 6.1. Still have to play with the setup to get it perfected, but happy with the performance despite the learning curve. I gave the branches a light bend and twist before laying the trellis net as low as it can go on top of them flattened.

DibbyDab Made more cuts for the fun of it, while getting rid of some smaller stems lower on the plants. Cleaned up nice, all is good. Happy 420 + Easter + Earth Day y’all

DibbyDab This weekend I snipped off a lot, and we got a bunch of cuttings that look decent. Also top dressed with worm castings and new soil. One more week and I’ll most likely be flipping the girls to flower, plan on whipping up a compost tea to boost into the bloom. Let’s Go! 🤙

DibbyDab Last week of Veg! After last weeks heavy defoliating they’ve grown in quite nicely. Every few days the lights are gradually getting more intensity 60% up to 70% now, and set on a 12/12 cycle. I fed a compost tea mid-week (5 gallon bucket, running air stones for 24hrs to dechlorinate water, mixed in 6tbs of molasses, then added teabag of worm castings, DTE 4-4-4, DTE 4-8-4, then some apple skins and banana peels.) 🤙 till next week

DibbyDab First week of flowering, we got a little bit of stretch starting off. Added Bulletproof and ph’d to 6.1, switched to hand watering also for consistency. I may play with the drip system again but not fully figured out how I want to use it in my setup. Small 2x2 tent setup with two new seeds I got for 420 this year, Triple Cheese will be a new log for me to post. Plan is to grow these two plants out for clone cuttings, that can be transferred over when my 4x4 tent is cleared up. Flipped the lights half way through this week, so next weeks log should show more bud forming. The spacing looks tight, and it’ll be exciting to see it shape up.

DibbyDab Little bit of stretch, I adjusted the light up a few inches keeping 24” distance for now and increasing the light intensity to 90%. Watered with pH at 6.1, then next watering had Bulletproof Si added and pH at 6.1, alternating back and forth with those two and maybe 4 weeks in flower I might do another compost tea. Side note, these extra support bars make a solid difference in the tent. The suction from the exhaust fan had the tent sucked in, but now the middle section can hold at 4’x4’ better air flow and more space to grow. Really works well with the elastic trellis net. Another diary coming soon, as I’m seeing the Triple Cheese seeds sprout up!

DibbyDab Now I have the lights at 100%, and the canopy at about 4’ tall. Water on the weekends mostly, get about 5 days between waterings. Daily checkups on the tent for temps and humidity. Girls are looking happy all around, forming beautiful buds stacked up the stocks. Glad I’ve got more seeds of this strain to play with in the future too after this haul. 🤙

Those 7-gal pots are gonna give them all the room they need to explode during stretch — exciting times ahead!
