Fat Banana

Day 114 update: It's harvest day! Total flowering time was 68 days. As I cut off each of the branches, I strip as many leaves by hand as possible. It's real easy to snap them off right at the base of the stem and this helps make the buds look nice. I immediately manicure the flowers after stripping the plants. I then use a tomato cage to hang the branches with the manicured flowers still on and put the cage in a small grow tent for drying. She has a really heavy candy banana smell and I can't wait to see how she tastes. Hopefully I'll be testing some within the next week!
