You should try leaving the lights on for at least 18-20 hrs a day that should help a bit. Go easy on the nitrogen you have too much stringy top growth. Growing a good root system first is more important.

looks good so far , Mine are around the same time frame but I tested some LST right at 4 nods Hopefully they bounce back and it works lol awesome grow though
