Hello all, since my last grow my first grow and, this is the first day of the rest of my life. I decided to go from cheap plastic pots to 5 gallon cloth pots. And I never filled up the pot alllllll the way so I decided to exaggerate (or do it right this time) and go for FULL 5 gallon. Altho itโs not specified for this type of strain, everything is an experience so why not. So 5 gallon fabric pot the very 1/3 bottom all perlite and the rest is 70/30 soil/perlite. Happy Growing!
The only problem I had growing trained and untrained plants in the same tent was light height, just couldn't find a place to make everyone happy without frying something... but going to be interesting to see how it comes out
@JohnDee,
Yes I am re-evaluating the choice between photos and autos.
Right now the breeders are pushing these plants to produce seed too hard, ( I mean god Fast Buds doubled their output with the 5+5) the seed quality is really suffering. That is why my bag seed is germing better than breeders, just a better seed.
@rhodes68,same problem here my man. While I was trying perpetual harvest my 2 autos became dwarf now (smoothie and the gg king kong) hopefullu they recover. I couldnโt give enough life in vegetation and in first month like a time bomb day prepare to flower. This wouldnโt be the case if the seeds were not automatic. But I am overall happy with this learning experience. Cheers
@bungolio, Hello there, I started using Recharge in the 2nd week once I see the leaves, and almost used nothing but recharge with Fox Farm organic soil as nutrients for the first 30 days (from seed) Then I started adding nutrients, which are BioMarine and BioThrive. Then I gave recharge, every watering. Didn't check PH because the bacteria in recharge are somewhat auto PH ing the nutrients, I guess they eat and outcome (poop), is PH'd somehow :)
Thank you!
