Old fast flower did not have autoflower genetics mixed into them. so they where true or pure photoperiods and just happened to finish faster by a week or two. They would have revegged.
Newer gen fast flowers have autoflower genetics mixed into them and this causes some issues. Sometimes the plants just operate like an autoflower. other times like a standard photoperiod. So depending on its lineage and how its going it may or may not be possible.
Your plant is heavily stripped and has little to no leaves, this is a bit aggressive and could have an impact on that.
Honestly best to just grow photos or autos and skipp the fast flower BS unless you know its 100% photoperiod with no autos in the mix.
