Last week we have had a little more growth as they have filling out. I’ve been through and gave them their week 3 defoliation and lollipopping (Blue Gelato 41 & Gorilla Zkittlez on day 21 of Flower, Peyote Cookies & Cinderella 99 on day 22 of Flower). This week should signal the end of the stretch, now they should start focusing on gaining weight. Hopefully during the coming weeks we will see some big, healthy buds 🙏🏽💚
Due to their slow start (algae growth on the top of the coco during weeks 1 & 4. They were dried out on multiple occasions to try eliminate the problem. Now I have inserted some skirts on the top of the pot to cover the coco from exposure to the light) they are starting to pack on some weight. They have only recently stopped stretching so we could be a few weeks behind 🤷♂️🏽

This week is all about the buds gaining weight, and hopefully starting to join together to form big long colars but we’ll have to wait and see due to the slow start to flower.

Hopefully this will help the girls gain some extra weight to make up for lost time. They trichomes are still clear and cloudy so still won’t be harvested until their 50/50 amber/milky. Stay tuned to see if these turn out any good.

Flush has began, 1st day they were fed 6 hours of Flawless Finish. Now onto just plain water to bring down the PPM of the media. Really trying to push these girls over the line and make the yield worthwhile! After the slow start they are starting to fatten and harden up, their like little golf balls. Next week is flush and that’ll keep going until the trichomes are 50% amber.

Everything tastes and looks great, poor yield but it was completely my fault. First time using flood and drain, first time using Canna Coco A&B but I’m better for the experience
Didn’t like the algae from weeks 1-5 in flower, continued to stretch till around the end of week 4 and didn’t pack on the size but I think this was all my fault with new system, new nutes and of course the algae
Looks good, tastes better but the yield was poor and I put this down to the algae and the fact it’s my first time growing in flood and drain, first time using Canna Coco A&B & first time trying loads of small plants to try and achieve the same yield as a few big one. You live and you learn

@ForTheBlunted, I had 1k followers on instagram but once I hit like 700 I started asking everyone, some have told me to have 1 completed harvest on here and they'll sponsor me too, so should have tons more next summer for the outdoors 🙌💚
Looking good but personally I think you pulled to much leaves. Also to be honest botanically wise this fan leave cutting doesn‘t really make sense, since those leaves are doing photosynthesis and nothing else and logically that should add up to: less leaves less energy. or am I thinking the weong way here? No critique just curious about your thoughts cutting that many leaves
@og_lemon_larry, I think you're right man. Defoliation should be down way later on to be a productive technique in my opinion. If there's one or two leaves removed it's OK but never more than that per week until flowering occurs..... But let's see how it goes.
@og_lemon_larry, I appreciate where you’re coming from, I do this to expose all the remaining bud sites after the end of week 3 strip and lollipop. I may be a bit extreme but there are still leaves on there, I didn’t take them all but about 90%. Watch in the following week or so and you’ll see and can make your own decisions then 👍🏽
