Been a busy few weeks trying to keep the girls in the greenhouse tied and tucked and supercropped out of the roof of the greenhouse. It is now from the ground on one side all the way over the top and around...for about 15 feet...sea of green. Buds everywhere you look. The largest ladies in the ground...California Orange and Bakerstreet are now about 12 feet tall. There are 4 in the ground in greenhouse bent and I’m sure they are at least that. Will measure them at harvest. The outdoor girls are plugging away. Survived a few torrential rain days and now a couple of cool nights but the next few weeks are looking good. Loving this!!

Yes u could of cuz u where in veg when ask this question. But u don't want that type of stress in flower. U don't want energy going into recovery just budding. Good looking plant though

I wouldn't bother since you are in flowering stage now. Growth is mostly over. Now all you need is time for the buds to fatten up.

I am Not Sure how you are going to transplant them but if you can you should go for it bigger root System means more nutrition and Walter intakte and a bigger yield. Make Sure to Transplant later on in the Day so they don't get that much heat and Light stress. Otherwise big compliment.

@kanda19, I've found if you leave a few in they are still smelly enough to deter some pests.
kanda19
kanda19commented5 years ago
@kegman83, I agree. No pest issues in the greenhouse so far. I’m witching the garlic was a year round plant. I’ll be harvesting them in a few weeks. Probably start dusting the girls once the garlic has been harvested.

@@Ssomeguy - “... my current flowering plants were germinated around end september/start october and some of them were basically ruined within a week or two recently.” That stinks! Mother Nature can be so cruel

@kanda19, They're not autoflowers are they? Because I was just mentioning on my diary, for long lifetime sativas (which I have a few dozen of) I'd probably germinate near mid-winter (easy to manage when they're younger/smaller) rather than spring. Then shove them properly outside in good conditions. Currently got a bunch of (27) seedlings in 3l pots too that I just transplanted from 250ml cups (right before winter) and dunno wtf to do with yet, probably just gonna shove them in soil and see how it goes, since winter here is typically fairly warm compared to other places. My current flowering plants are from sort of mid-spring which is bad time, due to climate here, but that's when it was legalized (and didn't expect them to grow for as long as they have been) so... it gets moist and cold suddenly around march/april after being incredibly hot (somewhere in africa), my current flowering plants were germinated around end september/start october and some of them were basically ruined within a week or two recently.

@CoastGrower,thanks. They are really starting to take off. I am quite excited to see how this season plays out. I have one week old green crack and 20:1 CBD sprouted and growing. 3 of each. Will be planting them into something larger to harden off so I can get them outdoors also.

Looking good! Gonna follow. I’m on a similar schedule. Just curious are you gonna stick with 15 gl for the rest of summer? I’m also in 15 gl now and have been wondering if it’ll be big enough until harvest.
kanda19
kanda19commented6 years ago
@CTCan,my plan is to stick with the size I have. Since I have 7 plants directly in ground I wanted to see how much restriction there would be. They are currently quite tall and just starting outdoor growing season. I was somewhat concerned just how big these girls were gonna be.
growdoctordc
growdoctordccommentedweek 86 years ago
In an outdoor greenhouse I recommend you replant them in well tilled earth topped with good compost. Forget the pots. That’s restricting growth. Never heard of Baker Street. But I think I understand the naming motivation - Winding your way down on Baker Street Light in your head and dead on your feet Well, another crazy day You'll [smoke] the night away And forget about everything
kanda19
kanda19commented6 years ago
@growdoctordc,that’s right. Bakerstreet is 100% Indica with high thc. Ive not smoked this variety before so fingers crossed. I’m more of a Sativa girl. it seems to be growing well in side garden so fingers crossed. Sun is supposed to shine today so will take pics of girls in ground 😀

well its easier to transplant them in 2 weeks or so...so they stay well fed and have enough soil. but you can let them into the small pots too. Some of my plants are already outdoors ( i live in northern europa)yesterday they had their first storm and heavy rain. they sit in smartpots/ airpots and i wait for better weather to put them into ground( . so i took them on my veranda on a shady place, and if weather is to mean, i can pic them up and put them inside od in the greenhouse. You mentioned a greenhouse, they are old enough to put them into there.... ( depending in how cold it gets at night) hemp is a resiliant plant, i had grows started in february and directly after germination into the ground, the plant were slow, but she grew, in the last year i started in greenhouse around april and put them outside in may.... )
