MindFlowers68 This is my first time trying auto flowers outside and my first year doing outdoor. I planned to start these a lot sooner because I have photoperiods outside an want to harvest these in well before they are ready so i can squeeze an indoor cop in mid-late summer while maintaining only 4 mature plants at any one time but the weather in my area was not cooperating the best. So I had to resort to making domes with lights for my pots because i wanted to go right into the final 30 gal pots and couldn't move them. And taking them on and off as needed to keep them from freezing or cooking.

MindFlowers68 It was a bit of a rough week for the auto flowers outside as it was still very cold for this time of the season at night in the 40's some nights so I had to cover with a humidity dome with low powdered LED'S to make of for the heat and light loss for cool overcast days. They were given a low dose of liquid kelp and cal-mag.
Video showing me getting my worm bin ready for my new worms so that I can have some extra to put in the containers she is growing in.

MindFlowers68 Weather was a bit more favorable for the plants outside and I was able to remove the humidity dome setup. Also got a first feeding of Boogie Brew compost tea. Had a few nice days of good direct sunlight and a decent rain I did not have to water this week other than the tea.

MindFlowers68 Shes doing great but looks like something has been having a snack on her. I have some mantis eggs that should be hatching soon so Im not too worried and i think she will shrug this off once shes a little bit bigger and thicker leaves. Set up another water tank up closer to these for easy watering on a timer so i dont waste power and butn my motor out

MindFlowers68 She was looking slightly rough from whatever started to eat those few leaves but by the end of the week you can hardly tell she was even affected. It was very rainy and cloudy most of the week so I only had to water once with my cal mag/kelp solution, and she got a good amount of rain which seemed to help her growth rate despite the cloudiness. This week it going to be very sunny so should be a big week for growth.

MindFlowers68 The plant more than doubled its size this week. I thought that might be the case but was not sure how multiple 100f degree days would affect her, but she did just fine, and even seemed to thrive. I watered the night before hot weather started with my compost tea. Two mornings later got watered deep with cal-mag water in the morning, and has been doig well without water since and I held off a day to water to wait and see if it rains. Also gpt a little top sress of BSF frass and a touch of neem seed meal to help with pests and also helped the microbes in the tea.

MindFlowers68 Looking beautiful as she goes into the first week of flower. The temps have dropped to a reasonable level and get got some rain early in the week which was helpful. Then some days of sunshine. I was able to make another nice batch of tea this week. Looking forward to a harvest soon on the horizon!

MindFlowers68 Buds are looking nice, getting plum and frosty fast. Shes still still stretching and bushing out. It was very stormy and wet this week but got some burst of nice sunlight that dried her off right away. I didn't need to water but still fed compost tea and the stuff leftover from brewing as a top dress. Compost tea has liquid kelp and cal mag and around 700 ppm.

MindFlowers68 This week was similar to last week. Rain every other day with intense sun. There were no major changes I made. I did slide my pots over a few feet to try to catch more sunlight. Mainly just been on scouting duty making sure there are no questionable bugs hanging around. A few things seem to take a liking to them but leaving them lone for the most part. One thing I noticed with the autos is that they seemed to adapt a whorled phyllotaxy along with the lemon ak that started with 3 from seed. They got their weekly does of boogie brew, but think I will stop feeding after this week.

MindFlowers68 Buds are getting huge and extremely frosty. Looks like growth is starting to taper down a bit which is good because the temps and humidity outside have been rough. I think shes only going to go another week or until the weather starts getting bad because i don't think she can handle another round of storms like we had last week with all these fat juicy buds.
