Antifame After germination, they got a little too much water it seemed. Leaves became dry and i had to tone it down. 😓
Luckily they recovered from that mistake. 😱
I had them under a LED for most of the time and slowly exposed them to direct sunlight, starting with an hour and increasing each day. 🙏

Antifame The girls recovered from the slight overwatering and were getting hungry. i started with a small dose of Biobizz to help them reach for the sun even faster. 🙌

Antifame The Bloody Skunk seemed to grow much faster then the other two girls. My guess is, it was the medium that gave her more nutrients. Could also be genetics. Maybe you guys know.😯
The other two sitting in coco are slightly behind but also have a difference in height between them.
I started finding insects on them and applied nematodes, just to make sure they wont get a mourning gnat infestation. 😱

Antifame IT HAPPENED! I found bite marks... 😭
Thrips were having a great time on my babies. I had to act! 👿
Neem oil and IPA mixed with water was applied every 2-3 days. I Showered the girls with it as soon as the direct sunlight was gone and the thrips did not like that. We did not get rid of them directly though. I had to remove some larvae ever day but there were fever each day. I just used a soft make up brush for that. Worked well!
I also placed yellow stickers in the pots just to keep all the insects at bay.
Thrips do tend to fly onto blue surfaces though. So if you are dealing with them, blue stickers is the way to go. 👍

Antifame The babies were thirsty, so i gave them around a liter of nutrient-water every 3 days. PH-regulated of course.
I started feeding them Top-Max. Not really sure if thats too early, but they seem to like it. 😇
They are growing beautifully and start smelling heavenly.
The Thrips were almost defeated. Some lonely larvae every now and then, gently discarded with the use of the brush. 😃
The drama phase was over so i took some beauty shots. 💪

Antifame Not much to say here, so i let the pictures do the talking. They are just awesome! 😇🙏
I tried some LST on one of them, just to get used to doing it in the future.

Antifame I rewrote the signs, since they were all bleached out by the powerful sunrays. Guess thats a good sign(pun intended). 😅
The smell is getting more and more intense now. Every now and then you get blessed with a little scent when the wind is blowing a bit stronger.
Thrips are defeated it seems.
They've only sent one or two negotiators to achieve a cease fire agreement. But i wont give in. 😈

Antifame My babies were suffering from sun deprivation...😢
The weather got very bad so we had only a few hours of sunlight and I got some new toys. Thats why I decided to give the ladies a new home.
I got a tent from spider farmer and they love the new environment. 😍
Maybe I will move them back to the windowsill, if the weather gets better.
But for now they enjoy a nice and cozy breeze in a controlled space. 😺
Since they started to flower I changed the nutrition schedule and added Bio-Bloom to the mix.

Antifame BUD WARS - THE REVENGE OF THE THRIPS 😭😭😭
The little pests were back. I found a lot of them in the tent on the lower branches.
4 rounds of Neem Oil which I went through a couple of weeks ago, didn't seem to do the trick. So I grabbed the ol'reliable make-up brush and started hunting them down.
I also gently applied another coat of Neem directly with a brush, to the leaves that weren't too close to the recently forming buds and upgraded to blue stickers.
I hope they will stay away for good this time. 🙏😩
The ladies are smelling heavenly and really intense now. I just love them. 😍
