FFJ (Fermented Fruit Juice) is a natural, homemade nutrient rich in: Sugars Enzymes Hormones Vitamins It's a core part of Korean Natural Farming (KNF) but also perfect for low-cost, organic grows. Helps with plant health, growth, and overall vitality. Ingredients: 0.5 kg pumpkin skins 0.5 kg watermelon skins 250 g used coffee grounds 0.5 kg cannabis leaves 0.5 kg tomato leaves 200 g broccoli Traces of chicken (approx. 50–100 g) Eggshells Brown sugar (1:1 ratio with total weight) --- Tools: 8l plastic bucket (no metal) Cheesecloth or breathable lid Scale for measuring Preparation: 1. Chop the fruits and greens into pieces. 2. Weigh the total biomass and add equal weight of sugar. 3. Mix until everything is coated. 4. Place in jar, cover with cloth. 5. Store in a dark, warm place for 5–7 days (stir daily). 6. Once fermented, strain the liquid = this is your FFJ. Application: Vegetative stage: 1–2 ml per liter of water Flowering stage: 0.5–1 ml per liter (optional) Apply 1–2 times per week Notes: FFJ boosts microbial life Increases flavor, aroma, and plant resilience Works in soil, coco, and hydro (small doses) Next Steps: Prepare first batch (Pumpkin, Watermelon, Coffee, Cannabis leaf, Tomato leaf, Broccoli, Chicken, Eggshell mix) Document fermentation process (photos + notes) Apply to current grow and track results

✔️ Ingredients: pumpkin skins, watermelon skins, coffee grounds, cannabis leaves, tomato leaves, broccoli, chicken traces, eggshells + brown sugar.
✔️ All chopped, mixed, and set to ferment for 5–7 days.
Will update progress once fermentation kicks in.

@kohlrabi, Bin mir ehrlich gesagt nicht 100% sicher, aber es basiert auf KNF, also Korean Natural Farming. Ziemlich interessantes Thema, geht in Richtung Fermentation und Mikros. Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen, Growmie ✌️❤️
