Gorillanonymous mixed 20L of Canna Bio Terra Plus soil, with 1.5L of Westland perlite and 0.5L of Westland vermiculite. I then added 5tsp of Vitax Q4 Mycorrhizal Fungi powder into the mix.
After combining the mixture thoroughly and returning to the 20L fabric pot, I dig a 1cm hole into the soil and drop the seed in, making sure the indented end faces upwards.
During the veg stage, (the first month or so) I will not fertilise the plants at all, as the soil comes preloaded. However I will do the following routine EVERY time I water her, without fail, until flowering. I add these supplements to 1L - 1.5L of water, every 4-5 days, in this order -
Adjust to 23°C
Dechlorinate
Add 1ml per litre Biobizz Algamic
Add 1ml per litre Dutch Pro Multi Total
pH down to 6.1 - 6.4
I added 1 litre to the freshly planted seed, spread around the pot to avoid dehydration of the soil and nasty hydrophobic conditions forming.
Update : She sprouted after 3 days, with just one watering. An easy germination. I gave her another light watering when she popped (only 250ml as the pot is still quite heavy) I'm expecting great things from this award winning strain 💪🏼It's going to be topped and HST'd, and I'm confident she can take it.

Gorillanonymous Day 8 - She is developing well. She looks super healthy, and is a beautiful rich green. I'm going to top her in a few days, once the second node has fully formed.
I gave her another 300ml-350ml of treated water (see germination page for details), directly into the main stem, and spread around the pot. The pot still feels quite heavy. I'm going to allow it to dry out a bit before watering heavily, as I want the roots to spread out as much as possible. This will be achieved as the pot dries and the roots seek out pockets of moisture.
Day 11 - She's looking very strong and healthy, beautiful wide leaves. She was ready to top today, so I went ahead. I sometimes wait an extra day, but she looks strong enough to take it. I'll probably water her some more tomorrow.
She's had the fan blowing right on top of her (oscillating) since she was a day old, and I swear the stem is growing extra thick as a result (at a slightly wonky angle too, which is fine !)

Gorillanonymous Day 16 - She looks very vigorous and healthy, ready for the second topping on day 16. I topped her and pegged down the upper set of shoots. I decided to leave the lower set of shoots, as they are a little shorter & a bit lower, and I want them to come up to roughly the same height as the upper shoots, so they all grow evenly.
I gave her approx 2L of treated water (see germination page for details). 500ml straight into the base of the plant, about 1L in a donut shape around the plant, then 500ml right into the edge of the pot
I have high hopes!

Gorillanonymous Day 23 - she looks very healthy and vigorous. I topped her for the third and final time. I trained 2 of the 8 shoots to grow directly vertical, and the other six are pegged down horizontally in a circle around them. It's lift off time, and I won't do any more aggressive training on her. Only LST now to create an efficient & flat canopy shape
I also cut off a few leaves to make sure she has proper airflow and the all shoots have a direct line of sight to the grow light.
I gave her about 2 litres of treated water (see germ page for details). It's important at this late vegging stage to water into the edges of the pot as much as possible to encourage maximal root spread. Big roots = big fruits!
She's starting to smell of gas & citrus 🍋🍊🍋🍊⛽⛽⛽ gorgeous plant. Thank you Fastbuds!

As soon as I see signs of flowering (white hairs), I start to feed her. I'll gradually increase the quantity of feed she receives as time goes on, but to start I'll give her this -

Day 35 - she looks very happy, the bud sites are all looking good. She's in need of some training, defoliation, and water. I'll happily remove up to 50% of the leaves on my plants of necessary, to ensure good airflow, and proper light penetration to all bud sites. I keep the outside leaves thick, and the inner leaves thin.
I gave her 5L of the above treated water, and trained & defoliated. LFG!

Gorillanonymous Day 38 - She was starting to get very bushy so I pulled her out for some defoliation, and also trained the shoots out a bit more to expose some of those lower buds! She looks super healthy.
No watering was necessary today, but I'll probably give her some in the next couple of days.
That's the final bit of LST for her I would think. She's a beautiful strain for sure.
Day 40 - she's growing strong, I want those lower buds I exposed to get as much light as possible so I defoliated her a little to achieve this. She's also in need of some water!
Some trichomes have started to appear - this is the marker I use to increase her feed, to the following -

Gorillanonymous Day 46 - She looks super happy, resin production is starting to ramp up, smells real gassy. The scent of 7up is distinct after touching a leaf it's pretty remarkable! She's getting too bushy so I gave her a major defoliation, to allow more light to reach the inner buds, and to improve airflow.
She's done stretching now, can't wait to see how fat these buds get. I'm hopeful! She was thirsty so I gave her 5L of treated water with the same concentrations as last week. 1L straight into the base of the plant and the rest spread around, making sure to water deep into the edges.

She is drinking a lot - I gave her another 5L of treated water, same concentrations as last week. 1L into the base of the plant and the rest spread around. I make sure to water deep into those edges!
