Mango Smile

renbuds 8/31-Off to a good start. Mango Smile is one of my favorite strains which I've grown a number of times. My best one yielded over 7 ounces and one only 3 ounces. The most potent one was nearly 30% THC and the lowest 15% THC. Let's see how this girl does. 9/2-Going nicely so far. Been spraying a little water ever so slightly for first 3 days to keep the top from getting blown by fan. 9/5-Transplanted to Autopot in Big Tent. Added Great White mychorrhizae into the hole where I planted and watered. PPfd is 300. 9/6-First week went well. No adverse effects from transplant so far.

renbuds 9/7-No adverse effects from transplant. Color of plant is not as green as I would like. Not yet. Added very light load of grow nutes. Up to now its just been Cal Mag. Ph-5.89 and EC-.71 9/9-Watered 150 ml. No ill effects from nutes so far. Watered 150 ml again in the evening and added nutes at low levels. Ph 5.9/EC 0.9 9/10-No ill efffects so far from increased nutes. Watered and additional 150 ml. She is starting to get a bit more green. 9/11-Added 150 ml of water. Adjusted Blue and Red spectrum on lights to 75% at 24 inches to increase PPfd to 510. 9/12 (morning)-Increased nute load slightly again. Ph-5.7. EC-1.02 . Overall the plant is progressing nicely so far. Good color. Leaves are shaping up nicely with no signs of nute or light burn. 9/12 (evening)-As we get closer to activating the autopots in the next week to 10 days I took the plants out of the tent and watered the edges of the pots to runoff with new nute mix. Leaving the lights on 24 hours today so that the water can start evaporating immediately. Tomorrow I'll get back on my 19/5 schedule. 9/13-First 2 weeks have been a solid start. Plant leaves look great. Good color. No signs of nute or light burn. So far so good.

renbuds 9/14-She's looking very healthy heading into week #3. Watered to runoff with slightly higher nute load. She seems to be gobbling up the nutes. Will monitor for ill effects. 9/16-FIM between nodes 4 & 5 today. Will monitor for ill effects. Started autopots today with new reservoir. Will monitor tray levels to confirm the plant is uptaking water and nutes. 9/17-Autopots system appears to be working fine as water level is slightly lower. I'll continue to monitor but plant looks healthy. No apparent ill effects so far from FIM. 9/18-Defoliated very bottom nodes to get rid of branches that weren't going to see much light. Will do a bigger defoliation as we get towards end of veg and start of flower. Started up Airdomes which will run on same schedule as lights. 9/19-She's looking good. Fimmed area is growing out nicely now. 9/20-First 3 weeks went well. FIM was good and she's growing out nicely from there now. Autopots are working fine. AI+ controller is keeping VPD steady at 1.10. PH and EC are steady from Res to tray. Would love to see her start to get a bit taller now.

renbuds 9/21-Started some more aggressive LST bending main stem over to expose more branches to direct light.
