Schnabeldino π± New Grow β New Adventure! π± Monster Maker from SweetSeeds
π Specs for the heads:
π¨βπΎ Genetics: 60% Indica / 40% Sativa
β±οΈ Flowering time: 8β9 weeks (indoor)
π₯ Potency: ~22β30% THC
π Aromas: fruity with sweet and sour nuances; strawberry, lemon & mandarin (fresh, distinct citrus note) + wild berries (sweet & exotic)
π§ββοΈ Effect: starts off creative & stimulating, transitions into a clear, revitalizing calm
π± Germination & Substrate π±
I first placed the Monster Maker seed in a glass of water for 12 hours until the seed coat opened. Then I placed it in a damp paper towel for 24β48 hours until the radicle had formed.
At the same time, I prepared the substrate: 5 g Startrex was mixed into the BioBizz light mix soil. I dusted the planting hole with a little Mycotrex before planting. After about 1.5 days, the little monster was born, ready to take on the world. In the first few days, the seedlings stood under my SANlight Flex II at ~150β200 PPFD (18/6). The moderate intensity kept the babies compact, prevented stress, and promoted rapid root formation.

Schnabeldino π Week 1 β Day 1 - 7
πΈMy Monster Maker has mastered the first week superbly. π
It looks strong and lively, the green is rich, and the first serrated fan leaves next to the cotyledons are there. The stem has a slight purple sheen β probably from being a little too wet at the start, after I soaked it once with Bactrex and Orgatrex at the beginning. That one watering was actually enough for the whole week. In the meantime, it is back on track and problem-free.
πΈI am really happy with the start. After the short βwet phase,β it has recovered nicelyβstrong color, fresh growth, and an overall healthy impression. For week 2, I will remain patient: water gently, keep the climate stable, and just let it continue to grow in peace. π±

Day 14 β Monster Maker πΉπΏ
πΈ Still cruising in the 1-L pot for now; transplant is coming up next. Iβll prep the new container with Bactrex mixed into the soil and a small pinch of Mycotrex right in the planting hole so the roots meet the mycorrhiza on contact. Compact, rich green canopy with short internodes. Side branches are stacking nicely and the center is pushing fresh growthβshe looks eager for more room.
πΈ Whatβs next: One careful transplant, then gentle watering and a bit of LST once she settles in.
πΈ Summary: Holding steady and healthy. Monster Maker is thriving in the 1-L pot and looks more than ready to stretch her legs in a bigger home soon. π±β¨

Day 28 β Monster Maker πΉπΏ
πΈ The Monster Maker lives up to its name. It is compact, rich green, and very uniformβa really beautiful, broad bush. The shoots are strong, the internodes short, and the canopy is closing more neatly every day. You can tell that it took the training in stride; the stems are already well hardened and are visibly increasing in girth. The soil life also seems well established β it drinks rhythmically and without any problems.
πΈCare is unremarkable, it reacts calmly to the watering regime so far. The leaves are mostly healthy; a few older tips show minimal βkissingβ β nothing dramatic, more a sign that it is working properly. New shoots are vigorous and close together, just as I want them to be.
πΈThe light is now set to 12/12. The transition is going smoothly: the crown is nice and even, the perfect basis for a clean start to flowering. I expect a controlled stretch with many tops of equal height.

Day 35 β Monster Maker πΉπΏ
πΈThe Monster Maker has kicked into turbo gear for its first week of 12 hours light. The bush has become significantly wider, the side shoots have caught up nicely and are closing the canopy in an almost circular shape. From above, it looks like a green carpet β very even, with no outliers. The foliage is rich green, the leaves firm and aligned. There is a hint of patina on a few old tips β nothing wild.
πΈStretching has begun, but remains under control. Internodes remain short to medium, the tops are at the same height β exactly as I wanted. The first fine pre-flowers are appearing at the nodes β the switch to 12/12 is taking effect. Leaves are being further βtuckedβ so that light can reach the center and air can circulate well. I'll wait a few more days before doing any major defoliation.
πΈThe rhythm is right β she's drinking steadily. No signs of stress or overdoing it.
πΈI'm planning some light pruning/lollipopping around the bottom at the end of the stretch phase so that the energy goes into the main buds. Then she should really blossom and fill out the crown nicely.

Day 42 β Monster Maker πΉπΏ
πΈ This week marked an exciting milestoneβMonster Maker has officially entered the flowering phase! After six weeks of growth, she is now showing her first clear signs of flowering. Tiny white hairs are sprouting up everywhere among the lush green leavesβa sure sign that she is ready to put her energy into forming flowers. The main shoots are strong and upright, the side shoots have developed well and already bear several small inflorescences. The foliage is lush, deep green, and shows no signs of deficiency.
πΈThis week, only water was used for watering. Water requirements are increasing slightly as it now begins to focus its energy more on flower formation.
πΈNext week, I will do some light pruning and cut away some of the lower branches. I think it's very messy, not particularly attractive but funny.

Schnabeldino π Week 7 | Flowering Week 2β3 | Monster Maker πΉπΏ
πΈ Monster Maker is absolutely thriving this week! Weβre deep into the flowering stage now (around week 2β3), and sheβs showing off big time. Every top is bursting with fluffy white pistils that look like tiny fireworks going off all over the plant β sheβs clearly in full bloom mode! π₯πΈ Her structure looks amazing β tall, strong main stems with tons of well-developed side branches, each carrying clusters of young buds. The leaves are a rich, deep green with a healthy shine, showing zero signs of stress or deficiency. Sheβs standing proud and balanced β wild, but graceful at the same time.
πΈThis week she only got plain water, no extras. Still, her energy is through the roof β water intake is going up, and you can tell sheβs channeling everything into flower production. Iβll start giving her BIO PK from BioTabs next watering to boost bud development and help her stack those flowers even more.
πΈI did a light lollipopping session this week β all the small lower budsites were removed since they wouldnβt get much light anyway. Now she can focus all her energy on building up those top colas where it really counts.. But honestlyβ¦ sheβs looking so good right now, itβs hard to touch her. Monster Maker is in full model mode β lush, perky, and rocking her white pistil crown like a queen. ππ

Monster MakerπΉπΏ | The monster awakensβand it has resin in its blood
πΈThis week, Monster Maker is really starting to live up to its name...sheβs turning into a true beast in bloom! Her structure is beautifully open and evenly branched, every top stretching proudly toward the light. The canopy looks like a small jungle of promise, the buds stacking up along the branches, each one wearing a fuzzy crown of thick white pistils. The foliage is a rich, deep green β healthy, vibrant, and confident. Thereβs a calm strength in her posture, like she knows exactly what sheβs doing.
πΈA soft frost is starting to appear, as the trichomes wake up and shimmer under the light...early signs of the sticky madness thatβs on the way. Under the SANlight (β1000 PPFD at the top) sheβs thriving, soaking up every photon without a hint of stress or burn.
πΈThis week she got her 1 L shot of BIO PK from BioTabs, and sheβs clearly loving it. You can tell sheβs putting that boost to good use, the buds are swelling, the internodes stay tight, and everything about her says balanced and powerful.
Sheβs not just growingβ¦ sheβs building momentum. The Monster Maker name feels more fitting every day. πΈπ

Monster MakerπΉπΏ
πΈThe buds are noticeably swollen and now have that typical βfat and frostyβ aroma in appearance: thick flower cushions, tightly packed calyxes, and a dense carpet of glittering trichomes everywhere. Many of them already look milky, some still clear...so they're nicely in the middle of the ripening process.
πΈThe flowers themselves appear healthy, compact, and completely covered with shiny resin heads. The orange-brown stigmas are slowly beginning to curl, which is consistent with the advanced flowering stage. ....the lady looks fit with a few yellow leaves, I think it's due to insufficient nutrients or because it was left to dry out for too long.. all around and continues to develop steadily.
πΈThe temperatures have dropped significantly; outside, we sometimes have below-freezing temperatures... but I won't be adding extra heating; towards the end of flowering, I like it a little cooler anyway.

Schnabeldino π Weel 11 β Flower Week 7β8
Monster Maker πΉπΏ The lady matures, shines, lives.
πΈThis week, she looks even more grown up. The buds sit like little crowns along the stem, dense, perfectly formed, and with an almost aristocratic presence. You get the feeling that she knows how good she looks right now...she wears this frosty layer of resin like a shiny dress. Compact at the bottom, upright and proud at the top.
πΈThe trichomes many milky, some still clear, as if to say, βJust a little more patience, I'm not quite there yet.β Amber can only be spotted here and there, not yet dominant, but just a subtle preview of what is to come. It stands somewhere between now and soon β and that's exactly where it looks most beautiful.
πΈThe leaves also tell a story. Some are slowly turning yellow, very gradually...like an autumn leaf that knows its task will soon be fulfilled. You simply let them do their thing, not intervening, but observing. Letting go is as much a part of growing as nurturing, and you can sense that you allow precisely this flow. With each week, you move one step closer to the finale. It is lush, resinous, beautiful. Perhaps a little tired in the leaves, but proud in the buds.

@MonyetDiablero, ππ Thank you very much. Haven't heard from you in a while :) I hope everything is going well with you and your project. ππ
@Mrs_Larimar, Yes, I think so, but luckily they won't stay in there for long. Everything that's in the soil should be enough for the first few days. She didn't like being repotted very much; it took her a few days to settle in. Now she feels really comfortable. π
@Brujha77, Yeah, let's see what the other two are up to. The fastbuds that are just starting to flower... if they make it through without any issues, I won't be doing anything else π of course, the quality has to be right too π
@MrGoonai, I haven't done much so far, and it's not like I'm always pruning, but this plant looks pretty wild at the bottom and could use a little defoliation. I always wait until the end of the stretch, because then you know where the growth is going in terms of buds and size. I'm going to cut a branch every day or so, and I'll cut away some of the bottom where there's hardly any light. I always try to cut as little as possible. I can't tell you whether this is the right way to do it or not, but this is how I usually do it.
... I don't really like the shape, let's see how it turns out, hehe. π
