I noticed one has slightly burnt tips, but it’s nothing serious and doesn’t seem to affect overall growth. Conditions are stable, and they look happy with the current setup. DoubleDsFarmGermany Everything is progressing well overall. The Lemon Cherry Cookies are looking strong and healthy, responding nicely to the current feeding schedule. No visible issues — vibrant growth and good structure.
The Banana Purple Punch, on the other hand, is showing slight deficiencies. This was expected, as I’ve been deliberately giving it less nutrients to observe the difference. The comparison is already becoming clear: the reduced feeding is resulting in slower growth and some early signs of nutrient deficiency.
This side-by-side has been helpful for understanding how each strain responds to different nutrient levels. Looking forward to seeing how things develop in the next couple of weeks.

DoubleDsFarmGermany I’d like to share a bit about my two cannabis plants today. The first variety is Lemon Cherry Cookies, and the second one is Bannana Purple Punch. They’re currently in their eighth week, and I’m excited to report that they’re thriving. The Lemon Cherry Cookies buds look like little Cherry clusters and smell absolutely delightful. As for the Bannana Purple Punch, we initially had some nutrient issues, but we managed to get everything under control, and now there are no signs of deficiencies. We’re really looking forward to the harvest and, of course, to testing the results with a little wink!😹😅

This girl looks absolutely amazing right now! The colors and overall bud structure are really impressive – super compact and dense. She’s putting out tons of terpenes already; the smell is strong, sweet, and fruity with that nice banana touch coming through.

The Banana Purple Punch is getting really close to harvest now!
She’s smelling absolutely amazing — a strong, sweet berry aroma fills the air with a subtle hint of banana in the background. The colors and trichomes are looking beautiful under the light.
Right now, around 7% of the trichomes are amber, with most of them milky and just a few clear ones left. She still needs a few more days to fully ripen, and then she’ll be ready to hang and dry.
Can’t wait to see how she smokes — this one’s been a pleasure to grow so far!

It was a real pleasure growing this strain from start to finish. The plant developed beautifully with no problems along the way — healthy growth, strong structure, and those classic dense buds that are a joy to trim.
During the final week, she was flushed with Flawless Finish to bring out the cleanest possible taste and aroma. The results really show — the smoke is smooth, and the terpene profile stands out beautifully.
The scent is sweet, fruity, and slightly sour with that creamy cookie note. The flavor matches perfectly — rich, smooth, and full-bodied.
Overall, a super enjoyable grow experience. The buds came out tight, frosty, and full of flavor. Definitely one I’ll grow again!
Strain Review – Fast Buds Banana Purple Punch Auto
This strain from Fast Buds really impressed me from start to finish.
She grew strong, healthy, and consistent, showing great vigor throughout the grow. The timing from seed to harvest was very accurate — right around 10–11 weeks, just as Fast Buds described.
The plant developed beautiful purple tones during late flowering and produced dense, resin-covered buds with an amazing fruity aroma. The berry and banana scent makes it stand out among other autos I’ve grown.
The yield was solid with 81 g of dry buds, and the quality easily matches photoperiod strains. The smoke is smooth, sweet, and relaxing — perfect for evenings or chill sessions.
Overall, I’d give this strain a solid 10/10 for quality, aroma, and stability.

The Banana Purple Punch is finally finished, and she turned out amazing!
After a smooth dry and cure, the final weight came out to 81 g of dry buds — dense, sticky, and beautifully frosted.
The aroma is incredible — a sweet mix of berries and tropical fruit, with that subtle banana note in the background that really comes through when breaking the buds apart. The flavor carries the same fruity tone, smooth on the inhale and slightly creamy on the exhale.
The effect is very relaxing with a nice, happy high that slowly fades into a calm, peaceful body stone. Perfect for evening sessions or just unwinding after a long day.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the result. The strain was easy to grow, strong genetics, great smell, and top-shelf quality buds. Definitely one I’d grow again!

Did you know that you can enter grow competitions in the "contests" area of the website? Most competition rules state "single strain diaries only".
There many ad hoc competitions, but four each month. "Grower of the Month (help with questions), "Diary of the Month" (top ten diaries for that month), "Photo of the month" (top ten photos of the month) and "Meme of the month" where you make a meme.
