Farmhouse Grow #2

I sprouted SF and Zk seeds with no issues - the SF seed was huge and seems like a strong, stable strain already. Zk sprouted before SF, but also seems pretty stable. They sprouted in the soil medium in 3 days after being germinated. :)

SF and Zk eased into their environment this week and are becoming healthy, green plants! They grew their first pair of main leaves, and are continuing to grow. :)

SF and Zk grew more fan leaves this week and grew another inch! They are very green and have started being given nutrients from the Recipe for Success kit. They are responding well to it and seem happy with their environment! :)

Another productive week for these girls :) SF is taking off and grew 1.25 more inches and Zk grew more than half inch. SF is at 4.25 inches and Zk is 3.6 inches now! Both have many new leaves and are very healthy - especially with the nutrients from Technaflora. Thanks for reading :)

This was a productive week for SF and Zk! Both are very healthy - SF is now at 8 inches in height and Zk is at 9 inches in height. They have been very healthy and green - they seem to be continuing to respond to the Recipe for Success nutrient ratios well. SF has skinny leaves and Zk has fat leaves so far. Last week of the veg phase for these two ladies! I decided to keep them inside due to the super wet and cold weather I am experiencing in my area and I'd rather have them inside to control the environment more. The inconsistent temps and precipitation makes me too nervous and I don't think they would survive, so I'll be training them into the SCROG net instead. SF shot up to 11 inches tall now and is very healthy and green! Her leaves are skinny and stretching to the LEDs. Zk is now 11 and a half inches tall and its leaves are bushing out nicely! Cheers! :)

Week 7 was very productive for these ladies! Both SF and Zk are 16 inches tall now! That's a 4.5 and 5 inch gain just with switching to the flowering stage settings. I am continuing to train them into the SCROG net - they have responded well to it and have new nodes at the bottom of the net. Week 8 Flowering: SF and Zk both grew a lot considering how humid it was this past week! I did not water them as much and added a dehumidifier to the tent, which is decreasing the humidity thankfully. SF is now 23 inches tall and Zk is 18 inches tall - both have made progress. SF gained 7 inches and Zk gained 2 inches this week. Despite the issues with high humidity, they tolerated it well and are still growing robustly - awesome strains, pretty forgiving! Week 9 Flowering: SF is now 27 inches tall, which is a 4 inch gain from last week! Zk is 21 inches, which is a 3 inch gain! Both plants were defoliated this week, which decreased the humidity - they are bouncing back well and are progressing well into the flowering stage! I removed the SCROG net, since the plants are getting too tall - I will be adding tomato cages to them soon, they'll prob benefit more from that type of setup growing with the plant upwards instead of horizontal. Week 11 Flowering: Zk has more of a blue tint near the flowers now, which is beautiful and interesting - the scent of the flowers is tangy and sweet, I think I have the more grapefruit influenced pheno. SF is flowering nicely - mixed grape and root beer scents. Can't wait to try those flowers! Thanks for reading :-)

Week 12 Flowering Notes: SF and Zk are flowering nicely - they have more distinct scents now, which has been nice to enjoy this week. SF has a root beer/sarsparilla along with a sweet grape scent, fluffy-looking buds forming already! Zk has a very distinct citrus scent, the scent leans more to the grapefruit side of her genetics (grapefruit x grape ape). Pretty flower formations budding and low stretch. Weeks 13 & 14 Flowering Notes: I was out of town for about 7 days, but I set up auto-watering bottles with a drip spout in each pot for these two. Surprisingly, when I returned they did not use much water, but grew a lot and their flowers became bigger and denser. SF is really impressing me! She has a delicious, sweet smell of root beer, sasparilla, and grape scents. I am really looking forward to tasting this one! Zk is doing well - very citrus and sugar scented buds. I noticed that when defoliating, it is good to cut the leaves all the way down to the bigger stem because mold is attracted to that and it grows into the buds that way. Zk has been pretty robust against the mold and continues to grow beautiful flowers! Thank you for reading, have a grate day! <33

Zk turned out to be a very mold-resistant, robust strain! I am very happy with the outcome of this one - trichomes covered not only the buds, but the fan leaves too, which is awesome to make butter or oil with. I would recommend this strain to anyone! I got 4.6 oz of bud and 1.2 oz of trim :-)

SF is such a great strain! I am very pleased with the outcome of this plant - it was low maintenance and grew some super dense, amazingly scented bud. This strain is a high yielder - I got the most of this one in my tent (including strains from another grow) and it was in a smaller gallon pot than the other ones. I am impressed with this and can't wait to try the other Cannarado strains! I got 5.5 oz bud and 1.4 oz trim with this one! Cheers ! :-)
