GuanoRomano π± Week 0 β Germination / Seedling Start
Medium: coco + perlite
Pot size: 11L
Photoperiod: 18/6
π Daily Log
Pre-watering (Day -1): Substrate pre-soaked with pH 5.8, EC 700 β runoff pH 6.5, EC 1200.
09/11: Germinated seeds planted. Watered 20 ml at pH 5.8, EC 700. Added some Great White mycorrhizae before planting.
09/12: Watered 10 ml at pH 5.7, EC 350.
09/13: Seedling emerged π. Watered 10 ml around seedling at pH 5.7, EC 350, twice.
09/14: Watered 30 ml twice at pH 5.8, EC 0.4. Seedlings starting to stretch, dimmer raised to 50%.
09/15: Watered 40 ml twice at pH 5.8, EC 0.5. Still stretching and leaning towards the light. Lamp raised to 80 cm, dimmer increased to 70% (~PPFD 120β200).
09/16: Watered twice, total 100 ml at pH 5.7, EC 650.
09/17: Watered twice, total 150 ml at pH 5.7, EC 650. Second set of leaves starting to show π±. Noticed small bugs, likely fungus gnats from the coco. Placed yellow sticky traps and will wait longer before next watering to let the coco dry out.
09/18: Watered once with 75 ml at pH 5.8, EC 700. Sticky traps are working β fewer gnats flying around.
09/19: Watered once with 80 ml at pH 5.8, EC 650. Plants showing light stress. Tried Photone for PPFD but not accurate; switched to lux meter and lowered intensity to keep under 15k lux. One seedling bent over to the ground, propped it up with wire support.
π Notes
Good progress overall, seedlings now developing their second leaves.
Stretching under control with light adjustments.
Fungus gnat issue improving thanks to sticky traps.
First signs of light stress β intensity lowered to safer range.
One weak seedling needed support, now stabilized.
Using osmosis water with Cal/Mag every watering.
π Week Summary & Next Steps
Week 0 complete: seedlings are up, stretching controlled, and second leaves appearing.
Minor issues: fungus gnats and light stress, both managed.
Plan for Week 1: gradually increase watering volume, maintain stable light (~15k lux), monitor growth and root development.

GuanoRomano π± Week 1 β Early Vegetative
09/20: Single watering of 90 ml at pH 5.8, EC 650. Solution included 1.5 ml/L CalMag + 0.6 ml/L Coco A + 0.6 ml/L Coco B. Increased volume but kept EC stable to avoid more stress after the light issue. Fungus gnats still present but sticky traps are working. Adjusted VPD range from 0.6β0.8 β 0.7β0.9 kPa to promote healthier transpiration.
09/21: Two waterings of 50 ml each at pH 5.8, EC 675. Solution included 1.5 ml/L CalMag + 0.7 ml/L Coco A + 0.7 ml/L Coco B. Returned to watering twice a day because with only one watering seedlings looked less vigorous. Third leaf set starting to appear π±.
09/22: Two waterings totaling 110 ml at pH 5.8, EC 780. Solution included 1.8 ml/L CalMag + 0.8 ml/L Coco A + 0.8 ml/L Coco B. Gradually increasing light intensity: center of the tent measured 11k lux, plan is to raise by ~1k per day until reaching 18k lux.
09/23: Flushed 3 pots with 2 L of water + CalMag (EC 400, pH 5.8). Runoff measured EC 1200, pH 7.0 β will keep correcting with future irrigations. After flush, watered with 150 ml at pH 5.8, EC 850. Light intensity increased to 13k lux.
09/24: Flushed the remaining pots with 2 L each after seeing improvement in the first 3 yesterday. Then watered all with 150 ml solution: 1.8 ml/L CalMag + 0.8 ml/L Coco A + 0.8 ml/L Coco B (pH 5.8, EC 850). Light raised to 14k lux.
09/25: No watering today β substrate still moist. Light intensity raised to 15k lux. Fourth leaf set now visible π±.
09/26: No watering today β substrate still humid. Reduced light intensity back to 14k lux after signs of light stress reappeared. End of the week.
π Week 1 Summary
Plants recovered well from early light stress, now developing 3rdβ4th node.
Fungus gnat population reduced thanks to sticky traps.
Corrective flush helped bring down high EC and pH in runoff; feeding stabilized at ~EC 850.
Light management remains delicate: seedlings responded better under 14β15k lux, but stress appeared at higher intensities.
Overall: healthy vegetative growth is established, root system expanding, vigor improving.
β‘οΈ Plan for Week 2
Gradually increase watering volume as root mass grows, monitor runoff closely.
Keep feed around EC 850β1000 with CalMag + Coco A/B, adjust if runoff EC drops.
Maintain light intensity at ~14k lux, increase very slowly only if plants show no stress.
Watch for continued gnat activity, keep sticky traps in place.
Target VPD: 0.8β1.0 kPa for balanced transpiration.
GuanoRomano π± Week 3 β End of Vegetative Stage
10/04 (Day 22): Watered with 500 ml at pH 5.7, EC 1300. Solution included 2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1.4 ml/L Coco A + 1.4 ml/L Coco B β Deeper Underground removed from the mix starting today. Runoff measured EC 700, pH 7.0. Considering removing a few fan leaves to allow more light penetration to the lower branches.
10/05 (Day 23): No watering today β pots still heavy and moist. The tips of new leaves are showing a very light green to yellowish color. Planning to start micronutrient supplementation directly in the nutrient solution in two days. Plants continue stretching rapidly; one grew 4 cm in the last 24 hours. Roots are now protruding through the fabric pots, indicating full root colonization.
10/06 (Day 24): Pistils visible on all plants β flowering will begin next week πΈ. Tried increasing light intensity to 20k lux, but plants showed stress, so it was reduced again. Still not obtaining reliable results with the lux meter, so Iβve ordered a PAR meter to better control light levels. Watered with 1 L of the same solution as Day 22. Runoff EC rising slightly to 750, pH stable at 7.0.
Week 3 Summary β End of Vegetative Stage
Strong vegetative finish: vertical growth continued steadily, some plants growing 4 cm in 24 h.
Root zone fully colonized β roots visible through the fabric pots.
All plants showing pistils β clear sign of transition to flowering.
Light management tricky this week; stress appeared above 20k lux. PAR meter ordered for better control.
Nutrient mix stable at EC 1300 (2.5 CalMag + 1.4 A/B). Deeper Underground discontinued.
Runoff EC ~ 700β750, pH ~ 7.0 β substrate still buffered high, but plants adapting well.
πΌ β‘οΈ Plan for Week 4 β Flowering Week 1
Nutrients:
Transition feed: keep CalMag at 2.0β2.5 ml/L, A/B around 1.4β1.6 ml/L.
Introduce bloom additives gradually (PK boosters or bloom A/B if applicable).
pH: Keep irrigation at 5.6β5.7 to slowly bring substrate down from 7.0.
EC: Increase gradually toward 1400β1500 Β΅S/cm as flowers initiate.
Lighting: Use PAR meter to maintain 300β400 Β΅mol/mΒ²/s (~15β18k lux) during transition.
VPD: Raise to 1.0β1.2 kPa for better transpiration and nutrient flow.
Defoliation: Light removal of large fan leaves if necessary to expose lower sites.
Observation: Watch for stabilization of new growth color and confirm consistent pre-flowering on all plants.

GuanoRomano πΌ Flowering β Week 1
10/07 (Day 25 β First day of flowering):
Watered with 1 L solution containing 2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1.2 ml/L Coco A + 1.2 ml/L Coco B + 0.5 ml/L Advanced Nutrients Micro to help the plants absorb missing micronutrients (metals).
Input: EC 1300, pH 5.7
Runoff: EC 700β800, pH ~6.8 (finally starting to drop π)
Noticing clear phenotypic differences: one plant has reached 52 cm, while another is still under 30 cm β itβll be interesting to see which performs better.
Measured light with the new PAR meter, averaging 221 Β΅mol/mΒ²/s across the canopy. Plan is to increase dimmer by 5% every 3 days to optimize PPFD during early bloom.
Performed some leaf tucking to allow better light penetration to lower branches.
10/08 (Day 26):
Watered again with the same nutrient solution as yesterday.
Input: EC 1300, pH 5.7
Runoff: EC slightly increased to ~850, pH stable at 6.8β6.9.
Plants continue steady vertical growth, with the tallest now reaching 57 cm.
10/09 (Day 27):
Watered with the same solution as the previous days. This was the last day using AN Micro β from now on, it will be applied once per week.
Runoff: EC ~900, pH 6.8.
Performed light pruning of the lowest branches that were barely receiving light, to redirect energy to the upper canopy.
10/10 (Day 28):
Raised the light fixture since the tallest plant (now 70 cm) was almost touching the lamp. Increased intensity according to the programmed schedule β PPFD raised from 221 β 288 Β΅mol/mΒ²/s. Hoping the plants wonβt stress under the new setting.
Performed LST (low stress training) on the tallest plant to level the canopy.
Watered with solution: 2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1.4 ml/L Coco A + 1.4 ml/L Coco B, EC 1300, pH 5.8.
Runoff: EC ~900, pH 6.8.
10/11 (Day 29):
Watered again with the same solution as yesterday β runoff values remained practically identical (EC ~900, pH 6.8).
Raised the lamp a couple of centimeters to compensate for vertical growth, as some tops were starting to bend slightly from getting too close to the light.
Flower formation is now clearly visible, with a growing number of pistils appearing each day πΈ.
10/12 (Day 30):
Watered with 1 L of the same nutrient mix.
Input: EC 1300, pH 5.8
Runoff: EC 1000, pH 6.6
Plan for tomorrow: watering only with water + CalMag to help flush out any salt buildup and keep the medium balanced.
10/13 (Day 31):
Watered with 2 L of water + 2.5 ml/L CalMag to help flush salts.
Runoff EC didnβt drop significantly β planning a heavier root flush at the end of the week as the stretch phase finishes.
10/14 (Day 32):
Watered with same nutrient solution as earlier in the week (2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1.4 ml/L A+B).
Input: EC 1300, pH 5.7
Runoff: EC 1000, pH 6.6.
Continuing to adjust lamp height daily to keep distance constant during stretch.
10/15 (Day 33):
Same feeding as previous day (2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1.4 ml/L A+B).
Runoff: EC ~1000, pH 6.6.
The tallest plant grew another 10 cm overnight, now reaching exactly 1 meter πΏ.
Not sure how much stretch is left, but it looks like this one might reach the upper height limit for this strain.
10/16 (Day 34):
Watered with 1.5 L of the same nutrient solution used throughout the week (2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1.4 ml/L Coco A + 1.4 ml/L Coco B).
Input: EC 1300, pH 5.8
Runoff: EC 1000, pH 6.6
Achieved ~33% runoff, confirming that the medium remains well balanced and free of excess salts β no flush needed.
Average plant growth this week was around +6 cm per plant, and the stretch phase seems to be nearing its end.
10/17 (Day 35 β End of Week 4):
Watered with 1 L of the same nutrient solution (2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1.4 ml/L A+B).
Input: EC 1300, pH 5.7
Runoff: EC 950, pH 6.7
Plants still stretching, with an average growth of +6 cm since the last watering.
Performed defoliation of large fan leaves and lower foliage to improve light penetration and airflow.
End of Week 4 πΈ β stretch nearly complete, flowers setting consistently.
π Notes (Day 35)
Stretch continues but expected to slow next week.
Defoliation improved airflow and canopy light distribution.
EC out slightly lower β roots efficiently absorbing nutrients.
Substrate pH balanced and stable.
Plants vigorous; setup optimized for early flower development.
Week 4 Summary
Stage: Active stretch & early flower transition

GuanoRomano πΌ Flowering β Week 2 (Days 36β42)
10/18 (Day 36 β Start of Week 5):
Watered with the same nutrient solution as last week (2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1.4 ml/L Coco A + 1.4 ml/L Coco B).
Not adding PK yet β Iβll wait until the stretch fully ends before introducing it.
Measured heights today: tallest = 122 cm, shortest = 61 cm, average = 84 cm.
Did not measure runoff this time.
10/19 (Day 37):
Average vertical growth today: +4.66 cm, showing the stretch is slowing down.
Watered again with the same solution as yesterday.
The canopy remains uneven, with clear height differences between phenotypes β Iβll adjust pot heights soon to improve light distribution.
Plants look healthy overall, no visible stress or nutrient issues.
10/20 (Day 38):
Watered with water + CalMag + AN Micro (micronutrient maintenance day).
Adjusted the height of the shorter pots, and now PPFD across the canopy is much more uniform.
Average daily growth was +5.33 cm β the defoliation slowed them down briefly, but theyβve regained momentum.
The tallest plant is now 132 cm, and Iβve had to raise the lights to their maximum height β any further stretch could become a problem for space.
10/21 (Day 39):
Watered with the same nutrient solution as before, increasing total volume to 1.5 L per plant to achieve about 25% runoff.
Performed a massive defoliation β foliage density was too high, and the dehumidifier couldnβt keep up with transpiration.
Suspect that the excessive stretch was partially due to insufficient light intensity, since readings were only ~360 PPFD when ideal for this stage is 500β600 PPFD.
Raised light intensity to 430 PPFD to gradually correct this.
10/22 (Day 40):
Same watering as yesterday (1.5 L, ~25% runoff).
Runoff: EC 1000, pH 6.6
Plants look strong and are adapting well to the increased light.
Tomorrow Iβll introduce PK 13/14 at low dosage to initiate the first phase of bloom boosting.
10/23 (Day 41):
Watered with 1.5 L.
Introduced 0.3 ml/L PK 13/14 (first light dose) and 0.5 ml/L AN Micro after noticing one plant showing small brown spots between leaf veins (possible early micronutrient deficiency).
Runoff: EC 1000, pH 6.6
Plants look stable overall, no visible stress from new additives.
10/24 (Day 42 β End of Week 5):
Watered again with the same solution as yesterday.
Input/Runoff: EC 1000, pH 6.6
Humidity has been difficult to control β RH stays around 60%, which lowers VPD.
Planning to increase airflow and raise temperature slightly to improve VPD levels and moisture evacuation.
Week 5 Summary
πΈ Stage: End of stretch and transition to full flower development.
π Growth: Height stabilized around 130 cm (tallest). Stretch nearly complete.
βοΈ Feeding:
Base mix: 2.5 CalMag + 1.4 A/B (EC 1300).
Runoff steady at EC 1000 / pH 6.6, indicating perfect nutrient uptake.
Introduced PK 13/14 (0.3 ml/L) and AN Micro (0.5 ml/L) for bloom support.
π§ Watering: 1.5 L with 25β30% runoff per plant. No salt buildup detected.
π‘ Lighting:
PPFD increased from 360 β 430 Β΅mol/mΒ²/s after noticing under-lighting.
Canopy adjusted by raising pots; more uniform distribution achieved.
βοΈ Defoliation: Heavy leaf removal on Day 39 to control RH and open airflow.
π‘οΈ Environment: RH stable around 60%, but VPD slightly low (target ~1.2 kPa).
Working to improve air exchange and temperature for better balance.
πΏ Overall health: Strong recovery after defoliation, no new deficiencies or stress. Early bud stacking visible.
β‘οΈ Plan for Week 6 β Flowering Week 3 (Days 43β49)
π― Objective: Consolidate flowering, strengthen bud sites, and maintain climate stability.
Nutrients:
Maintain base feed at EC 1300β1400 Β΅S, pH 5.8 Β± 0.1.
Increase PK 13/14 slightly to 0.4β0.5 ml/L if no stress appears.
Keep AN Micro 0.5 ml/L once per week for micronutrient balance.
Environment:
Target VPD 1.1β1.3 kPa (temp ~26β27 Β°C, RH 50β55%).
Improve dehumidification and circulation β consider stronger exhaust or intake fan cycles.
Lighting:
Increase PPFD to 500-600 Β΅mol/mΒ²/s.
Monitor for any light stress at canopy level (tallest plants close to the lamp).
Defoliation:
No more heavy pruning β just remove large leaves shading bud sites.
Observation:
Track bud swelling and trichome development.
Watch humidity closely during night cycles to avoid mold risk.

GuanoRomano πΌ Flowering β Week 3 (Days 43β49)
10/25 (Day 43 β Start of Week 6):
Performed a selective pruning of lower branches and underdeveloped buds that werenβt receiving enough light and were contributing to high humidity levels.
Due to excessive stretch caused by low PPFD earlier in the grow, the internodal spacing is large, and lower sites werenβt getting adequate illumination.
Used the same nutrient solution as last week for now, keeping conditions stable while plants recover from pruning.
Did not measure runoff today.
10/26 (Day 44):
Watered with 1 L per plant.
Nutrient mix: 3 ml/L CalMag + 1.2 ml/L Coco A + 1.2 ml/L Coco B + 0.5 ml/L AN Micro + 0.3 ml/L PK 13/14.
Runoff: EC 1300, pH 6.6
Planning to do a light flush tomorrow to reset salts and stabilize uptake.
Lowered nighttime temperature to 19Β°C to test if flowers begin showing purple hues in response to cooler temps.
10/27 (Day 45):
Performed a flush with 2 L of water + CalMag (EC 400) per plant.
Runoff: EC 1250
Goal: reduce salt buildup and rebalance substrate EC.
10/28 (Day 46):
Flushed again with 2 L of water + CalMag β runoff EC dropped to 1100, showing good progress in leaching excess salts.
Will likely resume full fertilization tomorrow.
Reorganized the pots to achieve more uniform PPFD across the canopy and improve light distribution.
10/29 (Day 47):
Resumed feeding with 1.5 L per plant.
Nutrient mix: 3 ml/L CalMag + 0.5 ml/L AN Micro + 1.4 ml/L Coco A + 1.4 ml/L Coco B + 0.3 ml/L PK 13/14.
Input: EC 1350
Runoff: EC 1400
The substrate is still holding too many salts, so a flush will be performed tomorrow until runoff EC drops below 900 Β΅S.
10/30 (Day 48):
Performed full flush with ~6 L water per plant.
Runoff: EC 750, pH 6.5
Salt levels successfully reduced.
10/31 (Day 49 β End of Week 6):
Returned to normal feeding β 1.5 L per plant.
Nutrient mix: 3 ml/L CalMag + 1.4 ml/L Coco A + 1.4 ml/L Coco B + 0.3 ml/L PK 13/14.
Runoff: EC 950, pH 6.5
Healthy runoff readings confirm the flush worked perfectly.
End of Week 6. πΈ

GuanoRomano πΌ Flowering β Week 5 (Days 57β63)
General Overview:
The flowering stage is now in full bulking phase.
Buds are swelling rapidly, gaining density and visible trichome coverage.
Some plants are more advanced than others, which means harvest will likely need to be staggered across several days depending on maturity.
Coloration differences are becoming evident β some plants are showing strong purple hues on buds and sugar leaves, while others only have purple stems.
Overall, the canopy looks healthy and vibrant, with a noticeable increase in aroma and resin production this week.
π Notes (Week 8 β Early observations)
πΈ Flowering: Active bud fattening phase, resin and aroma intensifying.
π Coloration: Clear phenotypic variation β some purple-dominant plants, others still green with only purple stems.
πΏ Maturity: Growth pace uneven between plants; some colas showing faster trichome maturity.
π§ Plan: Maintain current feeding schedule and monitor EC/pH stability. Adjust harvest timing plant by plant based on trichome development.
π‘οΈ Environment: Keep VPD 1.2β1.3 kPa, night temps 18β19 Β°C to enhance coloration and terpene expression.
