Hippie Therapy - Exotic Seeds

SmallGrowz Peace Growmies🏻 The first week of veg actually went a bit slow. The humidity is a little too low for my liking and it could be warmer too. I had the seedlings at a 30cm distance with 150ppfd and a dli of 12. I really need to transplant; it's really annoying in this seedling cup because the soil dries out very quickly and I haven't started watering with nutrients yet. Starting next week, I’ll be adding minimal nutrients and checking the pH.

SmallGrowz Peace folks🏻 In week two, I repotted into 1.5L pots. It was badly needed, as they weren't feeling too comfortable in the seedling cups. They're slowly starting to pick up speed. In the second week, they also got fertilizer for the first time, as the first signs of nutrient deficiency were showing. Until then, I had only been spraying with stale tap water in the seedling cups. I mixed half a liter of tap water with 1ml of grow fertilizer, about 0.8ml of root, and 0.3ml of calmag. Each plant got about 200ml. The light was around 200ppfd in the second week, at about 40-45cm distance from the lamp.

SmallGrowz Hey🏽 Week 3 is over. While one plant is really taking off, unfortunately, the second plant seems to have a genetic defect, or what do you think? Both plants have the same conditions, so I'm a bit puzzled. The distance to the plant is 40cm at about 45 watts. That corresponds to about 250 ppfd. At the end of week 3, I used Vita Race as a foliar fertilizer for the first time. Unfortunately, it leaves a few spots on the leaves, but that's not a big deal; I'm curious if it really provides any benefits. Since I only wanted one plant in this grow anyway, the plant with the suspected genetic defect will be removed from the tent next week. Good that plant #1 even has the desired growth behavior; I probably would have chosen this one anyway.

SmallGrowz In week 4 of growth, it turns out that the first plant also has a mutation. I guess I got a Sunday pack 😅 especially since the third seed in the pack was already opened and went straight to the trash. From the third node, the first plant is now developing 3 shoots and leaves instead of the usual two. I’m going to use this to my advantage to get 7 main shoots instead of 6 after topping. Next week, though, I’ll be repotting first, and after a few days of recovery, I’ll top it. I’ll leave the second plant in the tent a little longer as long as there’s space for it. It won’t be repotted. PPFD was around 300 in week 4 of veg. Let me know if you would also take advantage of this tri-leaf mutation or if you’d top at node two to avoid the mutation and only get 4 main shoots?

SmallGrowz Both mutants are doing really well. At the beginning of week 5, they were repotted, and it was really about time as you can see. They are really well-rooted 😎 3 days after repotting, they were already topped. Of course, I decided to take the 3 shoots from the mutation to get 7 main shoots. There are actually 7 since the first two shoots at node 1 have also grown very well and are not underdeveloped. If the mutants keep growing like this, they will be topped again next week. Repotting and topping have really been more than well tolerated by them 👍🏽

SmallGrowz Week 6 of veg is over. The shoots have become extremely massive after topping, so it's almost too late for the LST clips. A few clips went on, but I guess I'll have to tie down the rest in the future. I've decided not to top again. The plant is already filling out the tent well. So in week 7, I'll defoliate and after a few days of recovery, I'll initiate flowering. 🏽💚 Plant #2 that I left in the small pot is still alive; I just haven't had the heart to dispose of it 😅 maybe I'll keep it alive as long as it fits with the space.

SmallGrowz At the beginning of week 7, defoliation was done and the shoots were tied down. After two days of recovery, she started to grow again and the time has come to initiate flowering😎 Soon there will be another update with the first week of flowering🏻

SmallGrowz The first week after switching to 12 hours of light is over. The week was relatively uneventful. I removed a few leaves here and there and just let them do their thing. By the end of the first week of flowering, you could already see signs of pre-flowering, and I started giving a bit of bloom fertilizer. I hope it doesn't stretch too much; my height is very limited. 😅

SmallGrowz In the second week of flowering, a lot has happened. The stretch is in full swing and the buds are developing beautifully. The light is currently at 80%, so 80w. I think I'll turn it up to the full 100w next week. I skipped the Vita Race this week, really don't know if it makes a visible difference aside from the brown spots from the nutrients😅 in week 3, lollipopping and defoliation will be on the agenda🏻

SmallGrowz The third week of flowering is over. The buds are steadily swelling, and by the end of the week, thorough defoliation was done, removing the lower third of the plants along with the shoots 🍭 I would say the ladies handled that well too. However, the resin production is still taking its time. The fertilizer was completely switched to flowering at the end of week 3. Until next week, Growmies! 🏻💚

SmallGrowz 4. Flowering week is over. The buds are continuing to swell, and it's finally starting with resin and trichome formation. Actually, I like the terps from the little pheno in the 1L more so far. But let's wait and see. The light is now at 100%, so 100w💡 The nutrients have now been completely adjusted for flowering, but a bit less than recommended. Instead of 4ml bloom, only 3ml, and instead of 1ml green sensation, only 0.5. Since the leaves are getting a bit yellower, I’ll probably increase it a little next week. The humidity is okay when the lights are on at about 45%, but when the light is off, it’s at 55-60%. Next week, the exhaust will be increased. That's it for my weekly report. Until next week😮‍💨💚

SmallGrowz Flowering week 5 is over. The buds are still swelling, but they aren't growing anymore. The number of trichomes is steadily increasing, and the hairs are already turning brown. According to the manufacturer, about 4-5 weeks to go. 🏽

SmallGrowz And another week has gone by, thankfully, because my supply is running low 😅 The nutrients were increased in week 6 to 4ml bloom and 1ml green sensation. So now I'll stick to the schedule for two more weeks and then the nutrients will be cut off. The buds are still swelling. I got a mini heater for the tent, what can I say, that thing is a game changer. Now I have no more problems when the plants are sleeping and pretty good values, around 45/50% and 24 degrees instead of 18. My dehumidifier is no longer needed 👍🏽

SmallGrowz Merry Christmas Growmies🎄💚🎄 Just a little update from last week. The buds have swelled a bit more, but I think that's about it; after all, it's just a 100w lamp. It was the 7th week of flowering, so the grow is coming to an end. I think in two weeks it will be time. Nutrients were watered again according to the schedule. Everything else is fine, humidity is usually always under 50% and mostly at 40-45%. During the day, 3 fans are running, at night 2. 🏽

I hope you light up a joint at midnight too😮‍💨 😅 Here's to hoping the laws in 2026 stay at least the same and maybe even get better😎 Flowering week 8 is over. The changes are quite uneventful. Green Sensation has been discontinued. I've reduced the bloom nutrient to 3ml per liter. The trichomes are slowly turning milky. I might harvest the little one in the 1.5L after 9 weeks. However, I think it generally needs more like 10 weeks before I can harvest.

SmallGrowz Happy New Year Growmies💚: The 9th week of flowering is over. Nutrients have been reduced to 2ml and by the end of the week only 1ml of bloom nutrients in 1L of water. The trichomes are now milky and some are amber-colored. The little plant in the 1.5L is a bit further along, I think I will harvest her on flowering day 66. The big one will be harvested on flowering day 71/72. So I will probably give the big one the 10th week of flowering. The light was dimmed to 80% at the end of the week. The little one in the 1.5L pot has more fruity terps leaning towards citrus, while the big one has more earthy and berry-like terps.

SmallGrowz 10. Flowering week is over, we are already a week past the manufacturer's estimate, you know how it is 😅 The little one in the 1.5l pot was harvested after 9.5 weeks and is already hanging to dry. The trichomes on the big one are already nicely milky, I'm just waiting for the perfect moment for me to harvest. 🏽

SmallGrowz On flowering day 74, it was time to harvest. The buds hung for 6 days and were in the jars for two weeks. The smaller one in the 1L pot weighed in at 12.5g. The big one did well at 84g. I'm very satisfied with the yield👍🏼 Sugar leaves will be turned into dry sift, which might be pressed. A few buds will definitely be processed into rosin.
