I transplanted this lady into a 3gal pot this week. Luckily i got almost all the root ball and only a few strangs ripped off. She had sprung back up quite quickly.
I have successfully topped my plant twice now, which is awesome. I've also been doing some lst for an even canopy and that's also been working great. At this point I got 8 even tops.
After some issues with ph and humidity. My lady wasnt growing. Now that I've fixed those issues shes doing quite nicely. Short and wide right now due to topping and LST. Will be letting her grow for at least a few more months to get her as big as she can manage.
My plants been vegging for a good 13 weeks due to different issues slowing down growth. Should I switch to flower now that she's strong or is it ok to keep veggging
Hey there erinr8, yeah totally fine to keep veging it in fact many folks would plant in March April and flowering would only beging end of August giving many plants several months of vegs... Some plants in nature even veg for years growing up to 4m tall. Point is : the only schedule you should follow is your own schedule. Don't compromise on your yield or your quality ! She's ready to flower, but you're the god here, so you get to decide ! Hope this helps ! 🚀
So I found out yesterday that this lady is high CBD. I thought it was a regular indica thc so I'm disappointed to say the least. I'm not a fan of cbd and dont feel it does any of the things some people claim as I've tried it for many ailments and high thc is the only thing that's ever helped me. Due to this, I decided to start her on the flowering schedule early. I'm not too sure on the percentage and weather or not it has any thc, so I'll have to see. Either way I'm very happy with her progress and how well shes doing. I've learned so much from this grow so I know my next one will be awesome.
Made a lot of mistakes and am a little bummed how light and airy it ended up, but I'm looking forward to creating some oils with it. Great learning experience.
