Germination

tantrumrage Soaked the seeds for 24hrs and put them strait into the soil, plastic cups on top as a humidity dome so the seed shells can crack open more easily.

tantrumrage Time for the last run of 2025: all 3 sprouted on 09/09/2025, Strains are Persian Pie, Velvet Moon and Zombie Bride never grown them before so I'm excited to try some different breeders this time. Using amended soil with a few changes since the last time, so hopefully no additional nutrients will be needed. Started them in 3,5l pots with a wicker for watering. Will be adding the Germination in a future update, since at the the moment there is a bug which prevents me from adding the success rate and therefor I'm unable to post it.

tantrumrage 15/09 - 21/09: plants seem to be happy and are making good progress. Filled up the pots so their overall size didn't changed much. Decided to top at the 4th node this time - bit later than usual.

tantrumrage 22/09 - 28/09: plants made good progress and have all been topped and I started LST. Also decided to make some changes to my Euroboxes as a lot of roots have been growing inside the water reservoir previously. Lo and behold a mix of wicker and irrigation fleece plus a weed fleece in an attempt to keep to roots inside the box. Will transplant next week but wanted to prepare them in advance. Also some pictures of they way I recycle and store my soil =)

tantrumrage 29/09 - 05/10: it was time to transplant and move into the bigger tent. They are now sitting in 20l Euroboxes. Quiet happy how the roots developed and that they've accepted their new home. Also started adding epsom salts into the tank.

tantrumrage 06/10 - 12/10: topped them a second time and continued to LST. Plants seem happy and keep on growing. Decided to add some lava rock as mulch and to stop the fungus gnats population from expanding. Added a few 45° outlet nozzles - makes filling the water tanks a lot easier now.

tantrumrage 13/10 - 19/10: found some earthworms on my terrace and figured why not give them a new home. Did some involuntary HST because one of the training clips snapped a branch off. I've stitched her back together with some duct tape, she was pretty withered but I think the branch will pull through.

tantrumrage 20/10 - 26/10: all three are making good progress, Zombie Bride is still a bit behind but pretty bushy. Somehow the WiFi dimmer of my exhaust fan stopped working while I was at work. Was about 90% RH once I got home had to wipe down the entire tent lol. Can't recommend. Will probably move to the bigger tent next week.

tantrumrage 27/10 - 02/11: installed individual SCROG nets for each box and moved the plants into the bloom tent. Doing light defoliation and training every other day to keep the canopy clean and even. They’re settling in nicely, will likely flip to 12/12 in a couple of days.
