💧 30 L Barrel – Current Working Mix
🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶
Step 1 – Calcium Nitrate (Part A)
7 L warm water (~35–40 °C) → added 45 g Calcinit, stirred until fully clear.
That’s the calcium + nitrogen backbone for the feed.
Step 2 – FERMAKOR PK Base (Part B)
15 L water in the main barrel → added 30 ml FERMAKOR PK Concentrate, mixed well.
This forms the main P + K part of the formula.
Step 3 – Combine Solutions
Slowly poured the Calcinit mix into the barrel while stirring — no reaction, still crystal clear.
That confirms the mix is stable and precipitation-free.
🌿 Step 4 – FPJ / FFJ Batch
Added 30 ml homemade FPJ (fish + veg batch) ≈ 1 ml/L.
Color shifted to a light-amber tone — looks alive and active.
🍋 Step 5 – Citric Acid Balance
Added 1 tsp citric acid after everything was blended to fine-tune pH and help chelate micros later on.
📦 Step 6 – Top Up & Check
Filled to the 30 L mark with plain water → pH tested with drops, showing yellow-green — roughly 5.8 – 6.0 range.
Nice clean look, stable smell, no residue.
🧠 Current Status
First day feeding the Fantasy Feast girl with this base mix.
Too early to tell how she’ll react, but so far everything looks clean and balanced.
Ca + N from Calcinit and P + K from FERMAKOR should be plenty for a gentle start.
Citric + FPJ round it off nicely.
We’ll see how she takes it over the next few days before deciding if she even needs the urea and micros.
💧 Current Base Ingredients (Active Mix)
Warm Water ≈ 22 L total
Calcinit 45 g → N + Ca foundation
FERMAKOR PK Base 30 ml → P + K support
Citric Acid 1 tsp → Chelation + pH balance
FPJ / Fish Emulsion 30 ml → Organic enzyme booster
Result: clean amber mix, mild and balanced.
I’ll let this version run for a week before adding anything.

Observations and changes

27.10.25 VW27 noticed some min burnt tips so I decreased Calcium Nitrate 45 to → 40g, decided to add two more elements micros and Epsom salts just to make sure they got everything, Fetrilon Combi 1 (Micros): 0.5 g, Epsom salts: 8 g
28.10.25 VW27 she seems devoid of any deficiencies, seems ready for the flip to 12/12

@WhiteEdge, It definitely works bro, I mean I gave her the potassium Hydroxide extraction nute and didn't use any micros for the first 8-9 days, I added some today together with Epsom salts but only because I'm flipping end of the week otherwise I would let her run longer without micros until I see some major deficiencies, so I'll be testing "fresh" on a seedling next grow, thanks for dropping by 🙏♥️✌️
@yan402, I can only say—keep it up. I'm always on alert when it comes to nutrients too; it's good to have extra inputs when needed. I tried in the past to create my own blend, but I couldn't find all the necessary ingredients with sufficient purity and solubility to use them with Aero nozzles. My PK formulation was always too thick and caused issues. Calcium nitrate is available in good quality, as is magnesium sulfate. Yara is good enough in that regard.
Right now, I'm testing a few CaO and CaCl salts for a finishing formula instead of Athena Stack, which I have to buy in bottles and carry across the border. Liquid fertilizers have always been a hassle for me due to transport, and the only suppliers nearby consistently stock Advanced Nutrients, Hesi, and Plagron.
@WhiteEdge, If that's the case bro I can highly recommend getting potassium Hydroxide and phosphoric acid at 59% strength and combine the two in its pure forms of course diluted with water and there are steps to it but it's as pure as it gets, what I have done is not that though that's why I called it an experiment, I tried extracting micros something you don't need doing and could be counterproductive in a pure aeroponics setup like yours(god mode) .
BUT LOOK INTO potassium Hydroxide plus Phosphoric acid, you won't regret it.
@yan402, Well, i will try to combine KOH (i have it already) with phosphoric acid . Any suggestion for phosphoric acid , for me its little bit harder to find it in raw salt form,
@WhiteEdge, As far as I know and understand it ain't practical to keep it in powder form, this is the version I have, it's basically sold as pH down for flowering.
Ps same version but different brand.
@Green_claws, I love this strain bro, really dense buds been through hell and back, started indoors "thrown" outside due to space reasons lived from the runoff of my indoor plants for at least 2 months experimented on and I probably forgot a couple of things I have done to them lmfao, thanks for dropping by bro, much love 😘✌️♥️
