HudsonGrow The seed was in the water for the first 8 hours. After that, it was placed in moist paper towels.
When it germinated, it was transferred into a 1-liter Air-Pot. The soil was previously mixed with Dynomico and Great White and watered with Canna Bio Rhizotonic.

HudsonGrow With this plant, I will be testing an interesting hypothesis I've been considering lately.
The young plant will now stand in saturated/wet soil for around a week. The goal is to induce a phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N) lockout.
My theory behind this is that the plant, experiencing a perceived P and N deficiency due to the lockout, will be more desperate and therefore more willing to enter into a rapid and intense symbiosis with the mycorrhizal fungi. By stressing the plant's nutrient uptake, I hope to encourage the roots to send signals (Strigolactone) into the soil and to establish a much stronger and faster relationship with the mycorrhizae.
Light was set to 40% (350ppdf)🌞

HudsonGrow The plant is now showing signs of overwatering and the resulting nutrient lockout.
The lowest leaves are developing chlorosis and the plant is turning excessively purple
It will now not be watered for a long time so that the soil can become completely dry and the plant can recover.
Light has been set to 60%.
