This one is looking healthy. It won't be too long before I am able to determine gender, probably in a couple weeks.

End of Week 3 (Day 21):
This one is healthy and a visible blend of both parents, as well as having the mother's early pre-flower smell. The stipules aren't quite crossed yet but they're trying to. Probably a female, will likely know before Christmas.

End of Week 4 (Day 28)
There does appear to be an early calyx farming, so this is likely a female. She's also filling the tent with a faint aroma that reminds me of the mother. While there's always a slim chance of being fooled, there's been no male indicators thus far.
I can't find anything wrong with this plant, it's perfectly symmetrical and its leaves are super healthy and very photogenic, and it ended up with the sawtooth edges and the bumpy/scaley texture that I was hoping for with this crossing. Pretty happy with everything at this point. 😊

End of Week 5 (Day 35)
Lighting was adjusted to 12-12 on Saturday/Sunday, so she's technically transitioning into flower at this time, despite not showing any stigma hairs (pistils) yet. The mother was also very slow to show any pistils, and also had chaotic-looking pre-flowers. most of the upper stipules are crossed, which males don't typically do.
She was topped on Monday, I accidentally clipped part of a leaflet. I also took a handful of cuttings from the bottom. She's a champ just like the mother was, who underwent weeks and weeks of high stress (for science) before being pollinated, and had acted like nothing was going on.
