DickJones Had an issue with nutrient lockout so that hurt growth. Flushed her out good. Looking better.

DickJones Very thick mainstem makes it about impossible to bend so I topped her leaving 8 main branches. Some selective leaf removal to try and get good light to all branches. Staked down the bottom 4 to try and create more space. Compared to my AK's she is short and thick.

DickJones This thing just looks like a salad. She is short with short branches showing her Indica nature. Doing the best I can with branch staking to bush her out.

DickJones This dwarf salad is looking strong but sure is slow to go to flower. Really short thick branches. Flattened the branches as much as I felt I safely could, removed some leaves to improve lighting and and circulation. Have been fertigating this little brickhouse 3 times a day. Runoff was around 1100ppm.

DickJones Tied the branches down as low as I could. Removed some leaves getting no light or blocking flower sites. Starting to think I'm going to have to switch this to 12 hours because it looks like it's not going to flower. Run off was around 900ppm.

DickJones Since this little lady is refusing to behave as an autoflower, I moved her to another tent with a 12 hour cycle. Tied down the branches some more and removed some new growth sites and leaves. I am a bit surprised that feeding it bloom nutrients for 3 weeks while it was still in veg did not result in any signs of nitrogen deficiency. I switched it back to veg nutrients since it's in the transition stage.

DickJones Removed some leaves here and there. Doing the best I can with trying to flatten the main branches. Broke a branch during LST. Painters tape and piece of wood to the rescue! Fortunately it was only a partial break so it should heal fine.

DickJones 2 Weeks under 12 hours. Starting to see some signs she is becoming a woman. Pruned some side branches off the main branches. This has been a difficult plant to train but I think it's turned out alright. If I go this route again I think I will top it after 3 pairs of branches. There is not enough space with 8 main branches.

DickJones She is looking good. Removed some more branches coming off the main 8. Things were just to crowded. Flowers are appearing at last!

DickJones She is has been low maintenance except for one thing. This lady has a monster bush. I have to do so much trimming that I have to stop mid way through and resharpen the blades! What a leafy lady. Looking healthy, I wish I could have flattened this thing more but she was just so thick and not very flexible.

DickJones Removed a few leaves to improve light penetration. Adjusted tie downs to spread it out some more. Looking good!

DickJones Gnats! My poor lady is being molested by dirty fungus gnats. Added a couple of sticky traps, sprayed the outside of the fabric pot with hydrogen peroxide and water mix, and watered the top with a mix of nutrient solution and hydrogen peroxide. I only spotted a few this morning so it seems to have had some effect. Looking healthy otherwise. I realize now I have to many branches growing from the main 8. Just going to let her continue.

DickJones Coming along nicely. Flowers are bulking up. Still seeing a gnat or two but much better than it was.

DickJones Removed a few leaves to improve light to lower region. My nutrient solution feed line plugged up. Did not notice it for a day or two. Starting to see a fair amount of pistils darkening. Maybe a couple of weeks left?

DickJones She is looking good and frosty! Fungus gnats seem to all be dead. I will be making the next nutrient solution with just CalMag and KoolBloom. Very excited to see what the tale of the scale reveals. She might be ready in a week. I used to base my harvest on seeing 5%ish amber trichomes but I harvested the AK Autos about a week earlier than I normally would have and the stank when I open the jars is just fantastic so I will be doing the same here.

DickJones She is a leafy one for sure. No issues during the week. Looking nice and frosty. Not much of a smell with this one.

DickJones A bit over half is larfy which is my fault. I needed to thin out the branches more. With that said when life gives you larf make concentrate or hash. Would I grow it again? I will have to get back after I sample it.
