Soon a Tropicana Cookies Automatic from Zamnesia will be growing here. I’m excited to finally test this strain, since it’s intertwined in the lineage of many varieties I really enjoy. Growing a Zamnesia strain is always fun, and I’m already looking forward to some fruity, chunky buds.
I germinated the seed between damp paper towels, and after just 1.5 days it had cracked open and the first little root was visible. I then placed the seed straight into its 9L final pot filled with Plagron Lightmix.

Things aren’t going very well here. I was already thinking about replacing the plant, but in the end I decided to let her grow. It looks like weak genetics, since I have several other different strains in this tent that are thriving. I hope she manages to recover at least somewhat.

Things still aren’t going very well with my Tropicana Cookies. The first two sets of leaves grew in completely deformed, but by now she seems to have recovered. Still, it slowed her down for at least a week. I’m honestly not expecting much from her anymore. Next time I might germinate two seeds just to be safe and pick the stronger one.

My plant is slowly recovering from the rough start. The side branches are finally beginning to grow a bit, and the main stem is gaining some strength as well. I’m hoping she puts on a bit more growth before switching to flower; otherwise the harvest won’t be great. I probably won’t do any more training here, just to avoid slowing her down even further. Let’s see what she turns into.

@MonyetDiablero, I’ll see what kind of light I can provide. Unfortunately, I only have CO₂ supply in my other tent, but I still keep it around 600 ppm. I’m really looking forward to this strain. I especially enjoy these fruity ones.
@Hempcules, same here ! Before I was a hardcore amnesia sort fan , but today’s I’m more from the gentle ones . It’s like whiskey… the more you smoke these sorts the more flavors you taste ! Good luck my friend !
