Granddaddy Purple

AcidBurn_41 12/25/17 Seedling phase #3 Hey Growmies As I said, the Grandaddy Purple has now arrived in the medium, which is a 100 ml seedling pot that will last for a few days. I always repot several times so that the lady can make full use of every pot size. The seed was planted about 2 cm deep, which is necessary so that it can shed its seed coat on its own. If you plant it too high, you'll have a small problem. You'll have to remove it by hand, which can sometimes go wrong or stress the plant. Especially in the beginning, it's always better to water less, as they don't like overwatering at all. I always water by weight; if the pot is light, it gets water. This always has a temperature of 23°C and a pH value of 6.7 in the phase she is currently in. For now, I am only using Hesi PowerZyme 2ml/L & Hesi Root Complex 5ml/L; the rest is provided by Biobizz Light Mix. The daytime temperature is 25°C with a humidity of 62-65%, which the seedlings like and allows them to grow optimally. The PPFD value is 120, so she is not exposed to any stress. AcidBurn_41 12/24/25 Seedling phase #10 Hello Growmie’s ✌️ Here I am again with the Grandaddy Purple from Ganja Farmer. She is doing very well, and I am very satisfied. She survived the shoe change from the 100 ml growing pot to the 2 L pot very well, which is important when repotting if you know it’s time. It survived the shoe change from the 100 ml seedling pot to the 2 L pot very well. When repotting, it’s important to water a few days beforehand if you know it’s time. Otherwise, you could almost 100% guarantee problems. The soil loosens too quickly when you turn it upside down, and then everything falls out of your hand. It is currently still receiving Hesi PowerZyme 2 ml/L and Hesi Root Complex 5 ml/L as the Biobizz Light Mix is sufficient until veg phase day #1. Water according to weight, but never let it dry out completely. Always keep it slightly moist to avoid dry spots. The temperature in the veg tent is exactly 25°C and the RH is 60-62%, a climate in which the seedlings thrive. Have a nice evening, good night, and I look forward to feeding you updates next week. AcidBurn_41 02.01.26 VD#8 Good evening 🙂 I’m back with the Grandaddy Purple from Ganjafarmer, she’s doing great. She also survived the move from the 2L pot very well. Sorry, my grow friends, I forgot to take photos of her last time. I thought I had taken them, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Now she has settled nicely into the 11L pot. The first few days are always a little stressful for the ladies, but Grandaddy Purple has coped very well. I also removed her from the 2L pot by pressing the pot a little at the corners. I simply put the loose soil from the top into the new 11L pot, which is already almost half full, then I position the plant and fill the gaps with Biobizz Light Mix. Then I watered it with 2L of Hesi PowerZyme 2ml/L, Hesi Root Complex 5ml/L, and Hesi TNT Complex, starting with a small dose of 1ml/L. Now it can really flourish, the roots have space, I’m very happy with the genetics from Ganjafarmer, a super performance. It is sexually mature, pre-flowering is visible, it is a lady, just as it should be. Let’s give it some more time, the new update is coming next week, I’m looking forward to it. AcidBurn_41 10.01.26 VD#16 Good evening 🙂 The Grandaddy Purple from Ganjafarmer is not doing well 😔 it has a disease called leaf septoria. Unfortunately, I have to say goodbye to it. It has been a great journey so far. But you have to look at it this way: better one goes before the others get infected. If I had had a way to keep it separate from the others, I could have saved it, but as it is, it ended up in the organic waste. So I'm ending this diary. Thank you for your support in following the journey. It will clearly continue, but with a different strain from Ganjafarmer.
