Day 23 veg, watered with master a and b 1.5 ml per gal and cal mag 2 ml per gal. Plants are looking healthy and growing by the day. I will be taking clones in a couple of days, and these will be on to the flower room next week π
@DeepRoot3d, Mine is already telling me that i love the plant more than her...
I have not yet explained to her that the plant is also female... That would put a serious dent in the relationship ;P
@Fun_Growin, Yes I have killed my fair share of plants lol lets hope that is behind me. All of us get better with every grow as we learn what each strain likes and how to best use our space and set up. I still have room for improvement and I can already see a big difference in my round 2 diary compared to this round. Thanks for stopping by to checkout my diary as always π
@DeepRoot3d,
The "couple" shows :)
If/when I get my own space, I'll be making a room like yours for sure but for now I'm limited to my tents for flower
Also think it is important for others to note: this is your first diary, but not your first grow. It takes 2-5 grows to get it
Some of us take the higher number haha
@CaliGrown, lol yeah its a little bright in there for just hanging out. I wear my sunglasses while I work in there. Trimming for sure is done on the couch in front of the tv lol with a few big joints to help pass the time
Looking good buddy
Been watching close.. just took 50 clones myself to grow a SOG. You inspired me π
I can't see the top of the canopy.. but it does not look to crowded in there to me, and you also should be done or close to done with "the stretch..

@Fun_Growin, I typically have to water every 5-7 days, some plants may need a little in between but I try not to water at all other than the main waterings. Cloth pots tend to dry out a little faster than plastic pots but I believe you use plastic pots. I try to lift up a few plants every couple of days and can tell when they need water, but I'm sure you do that as well lol. The humidity was probably a big contributing factor to your pots drying out. My veg is usually around 60-70% I would like to get a 64 site cloner but I will probably just buy another 32 site so that I don't have to sell the one that I currently have.
@DeepRoot3d,
Yea I need a 50ish site cloner... gone away from DWC and my shit grows so slow, cutting 1 week off of 3 weeks isn't gonna help me much since I'm waiting on flower space anyways
But I love the turbo cloner devises.
And I hear ya on the pain in the ass watering... try having 18 5gal INDIVIDUAL DWC buckets to change EVERY WEEK!!! Shit, even after the water was ready (that took all Saturday) it took like 6 hours to mix and swap all the buckets...
No thank you π
If I go back to DWC it will be an RDWC.. but I like how simple Soil is...
Not sure what I'm doing wrong in Soil but I have to basically water some every day and 1x a week or so do a full watering/heavy watering.... its driving me crazy!!
Getting a humidifyer helped... but... something is still off somewhere
@Fun_Growin, Good luck with your clones, I see you use root riots. I have an ez clone 32 site that does an amazing job.
Since the plants have all been trimmed up it is much better in the room, it was a pain to water the plants in the back, but now I have a mondi pump and extending wand that work great. it took about 2 hours to water and mix up the nutrients before and now its down to about 30 mins π
@Fun_Growin, I was watering them earlier and I was so tempted to cut a couple buds to sample, but I figure that I would rather have my first smoke be a more flushed less harsh bud. About 1 more week and I should be smoking the first dryed bud before it cures for a few weeks. It should be a merry Christmas with all those trees π²π²π²π²π²
@Greenthumbguru, lol yeah 1 plant can be just as troublesome as 20+ plants, its all about knowing what the plants want and not over doing it on the light and nutrients, and about 50 other things lol
Thanks for checking out my diary π
@Fun_Growin, I am excited to see how they fill out these next couple of weeks. I still have a couple of finishing touches to complete the flower room. When the room is finished this weekend I will transplant them into 5 gal fabric pots and weave them into a trellis.
