I am very excited about this new grow since it is my first in my new tent setup! Thanks for checking it out and following along. I am learning with each grow so i hope to keep my mistakes to a minimum, but with it all new there are sure to be more learning along the way. About the grow: My previous Laughing Buddha grow was an ambitious attempt at mainlining 2 plants in a small 3x2 tent. Well one of them was slow to recover from all the training and the other one completely took over the tent. During the flower i took several clones, really just as an experiement, but somehow i managed to get this new tent put together and i am now able see what these super cropping clones can do! 3 of them are from the big girl, with one of those 10 days farther along and already showing new growth. I also took one from the little girl, just to see what she can do. So the theme of the grow is Hefty vs Wimpy! I hope to keep training to a minimum with this grow About the tent: 6x4 6" inline with 24" filter Unit Farm UFO320 LED Titan Co2 regulator Growzone Co2 controller Current USA eFlux 1050gph pump Auto top off using RO water custom RDWC system with drip 5 gallon buckets with 1 1/2" drain system with uniseals tomato cages modified and fixed to bucket lids setup for 4 or 6 buckets Current 4 pot setup holds 50L of water without any plants So far the plumbing is all working great, it will be interesting to see what i "learn" from my setup during this grow and whether any changes will need to be made. First mistake already and it was an expensive one, Regulator issues caused me to empty the Co2 tank in less than a week😠but i am learning! Thanks for stopping by!

Big girl is going nuts now that she broke through, i will have to top her soon. Pot 2 is breaking out now and pot 1 isn't far behind, Wimpy is still not showing any roots out of the net cup yet but she is rooted so hopefully she starts to veg soon!

Week 3 saw pot 3 really take off and pots 1 and 2 bust out and start vegging again. Wimpy is not looking so good😞 I am starting to understand the appeal of supercropping, the growth is insane!

The battle is over before it ever really started, i sorry to report Wimpy did not make it.😪 She rooted and tried her best but growth was just too slow and she wasn't strong enough to revert back to veg. So we finish this grow with 3 girls, the big one was topped to allow the other 2 to catch up.

Now that they have started growing, they have REALLY started growing!! The big one was put into pot 3 and had to be topped twice to let the others catch up, Pot 2 is going absolutely insane and pot 1 was the last to bust out but is now doing its best to keep up. So they got a little light LST

Very good week of growth! These girls cant seem to spit out new nodes fast enough. I got lazy with my water testing at the end of the week, and was late doing my water change so the pH maaaay have dipped a bit. But no signs of problems yet! Next week we start flower!

First week of flower! These girls are already very bushy, i can tell they are gonna be a handful to manage. I have already tied them back some and will do my best to keep them in line, I will have to do some significant defoliation with them trying to jam so many nodes up there! Bring on the stretch baby!!

Buddha just likes to grow! So many nodes and they are stretching like crazy!!! It is so much fun to watch this part of the grow!😊 The daytime temps are running higher than i would like, so i put a humidifier in to raise it a bit and the girls are are very happy! The VPD is right in the range. Water temps are also high, so i keep the water changes at no more than 7 days and the roots look good so far. But a water chiller is next on my list. I did have too many roots grow down the drain pipe of buckets 1 and 3 so bucket 1 slowly started to overfill and flooded the tent. my auto top off kept water in the system, but the ppm's were down and the ph was a bit high. So did a mid week water change, pulled up the offending roots and wrapped them up on the ball. Then i turned down my variable water pump, it was at max which is alot more than needed. So i don't anticipate another flood. But just in case i bought a smart water sensor and put it in the bottom of the tent, and if it gets wet, it shuts off the water pump and i get a notification👍

Good week in the tent. They have stretched quite nicely and all those fan leaves have really filled in. Next comes a pretty big defoliation so we can see all those pretty little flower develop 👍

The week started great! They have stretched nicely and made quite the bush!! So a big defoliation with some LST. And they seemed to love it. Just beautiful flower developement! I had pot one start to overflow very slowly and caused a good puddle in the tent. My pump is variable but i had it max 1000 gph. and the roots from pots 1 and 3 were in the drain just enough to cause some back pressure. So pulled out the roots, and the bundle looks amazing despite my overtly high temps. Then reduced the pump by half, which is still more than enough, should fix the problem. I also picked up a smart water sensor for the tent floor and put the pump on a smart plug so i can prevent a flood should it happen again

Sorry for the slow updates, but i will try to get caught up asap! They have survived the final defoliation and the flowers are soaking in all the light. I am always amazed at this point when you can watch the buds get bigger every day!

Another solid week!! Laughing Buddha is such a beautiful flower, i can just stand there and look at them all day long. 😳 I am very pleased with my canopy and seem to have a ton of nodes at the top. I am expecting very big things!!
