Wenz004 Germination and Seedling Phase Day 1-9
Trying something new - using seeds from my somewhat old collection and thus having the chance to try more varieties and flavors at once.
2 x Special Queen - promo leftovers - others have gone wrong so far
1 x Biscotti - promo
2 x Tropicana Cookies - was a generous compensation
2 x Euphoria - ordered as Daysmoke - always wanted something like this 😁☝️
1 x Mexican Rush - ordered 1 piece to bring the cart to a certain value 😁 - this one will cause problems in the mix - as it's Sativa-heavy
2 x GG4 Gorilla Glue - promo
All germinated extremely quickly after just 1.5 days, Euphoria even faster, 1 x GG4 and one SQ only after 2.5 days.
Plan - wanted to let everything grow untouched later in 120 x 120 (no LST or HST) with a short Vegi - counting from Day 10 after germination and seedling phase.
AI advised me against this plan - or at least to top Mexican Rush and Special Queen - we'll see 😁

Wenz004 The week ppfd gradually from 100 to 250 - from day 17 then 300 - then keep increasing.
EC at the beginning of the first veg week 0.8 and very small watering amounts - according to AI a mistake - it should have just been water and then once more and then only again when noticeably lighter instead of always dribbling - now towards the end of veg1 at 0.7 and 150-200 ml watering amount until the pot is noticeably filled but still no drain - then only again after 48 hours when the pot is noticeably lighter. PH recommendation for this type of soil is 6.2 - 6.3 - I follow that😉.
Now 1 l pots with canna terra prof. - In Veg 2, repotting to 3.5 l canna terra prof. plus - first watering then properly but without fertilizer.

Wenz004 Beginning Veg Week 2, about 15-20% of the pot volume (1L) water 0.4 + dry part grow 0.3 EC 0.7 total given.
Repotted on Veg Day 9 from 1L with Canna Terra Prof into 11L with Canna Terra Prof Plus + mixed in a bit of clay pebbles - I estimate about 5-10%.
Thoroughly moistened the soil with about 1.5 - 2L of just water EC 0.4 and after planting, watered again with 0.5-1L of just water EC 0.4.
The top row was first, and I probably used too much water - there was some drain - according to AI - already now - a no go 😁 - the middle and front rows had none - I wanted to slightly enrich the water with nutrients - AI said "no way" - so I left it as is - then I wanted to water lightly again 3 days later - AI asked if I was crazy - I left it 😅 - only when the first three plants lost 25-30% weight (on Veg Day 14) - was I allowed to give about 0.9-1.1L but max EC 0.7 - more was strictly forbidden - so I added a pinch of salty dry part 😉
In the week, PPFD went from 300 to 350.
Important - after two days of Veg in week three, it will already be flipped to 12/12.
The goal this time is neither yield nor size - but very fast main colas.

Wenz004 Flipped to 12/12 after 2 days of Vegi.
Water consumption is rising - watering daily since BT2 - from then on with EC 0.8 - between 0.7 - 0.9 L depending on the plant.
Trop Cookies are shooting up more - node distances are too big - need to pull them down at BT7 - didn't want to do either LST or HST.
Still aiming for quick main colas.
Removed Gorilla Glue #2 - was lagging the most - but GG #1 is doing well.
PPFD is still hovering around 360-390.
According to my fake advisor - I should only increase from BT10, initially just by 50.
I've never done it this way - but whatever - saves electricity 😁

Wenz004 At BT8, I added some dry part bloom.
Watering is currently as follows.
Very hard tap water diluted from 0.6 with osmosis water to 0.3 - then mix in dry part grow until EC rises back to 0.6, and then add dry part bloom until EC rises to 0.7. Next week, the bloom ratio will be higher. Lower pH to 6.2-6.3.
I pulled down the two Tropic Cookies - they were too high (adjusting the canopy) - broke one while pulling down the second - side branches are still too high.
Need to measure ppfd - should be between 400-500 - LED mounted at 64% at the very top.
Water demand is increasing - currently about 1.3/day.
BT11 thinning and defoliation - mainly at the bottom.

Wenz004 All 8 are fighting for their place in the 1.20 x 1.20 tent - and it's getting very tight.
To keep transpiration under control, you need turbines - to feed them, a direct line to the waterworks.
So this week the following nutrients
LW ec 0.6 initially stretched with osmosis to 0.3 - then + 0.2 grow drypart + 0.2 bloom drypart - so still - because AI says so - low level strategy.
Seems to be working so far.
Midweek increase of PPFD moderately to 550-650 (trop cookies are getting the most as they have grown significantly higher from there)

Wenz004 What's noteworthy in flowering week 4?
This is where there's a massive need for CaMg.
Since I haven't added anything so far, it becomes very noticeable from week 5 onwards - despite trying to counteract it - so this tactic is not recommended.
In week 4, maybe even in week 3, having a low EC with hardly any CaMg added is not advisable...

Wenz004 In BW6, it has been shown that counteraction is a bit too late when CaMg deficiency becomes visible. It's better to start adding CaMg around the middle of BW3.

Wenz004 I couldn't fix the mistake from flowering week 3 - the late addition of Ca/Mg is continuing as a deficiency in the grow - more and more leaves are degrading - but the flowering development is going pretty well.

Wenz004 Despite the unstoppable Ca/Mg deficiency symptoms, the buds are getting bigger and prettier. Trichomes are not ripe yet - at least not to my taste. The second Tropicana, which has turned so reddish, is almost there though.

Wenz004 Flowering Day 75
Biscotti, mex rush, gorilla glue, and special queen are still standing and continuing to ripen.
2x Euphoria and 2x Tropicana have been cut and hung in the drying tent.
Wenz004 The Tropicana from Zamnesia had extremely strong growth. It was dominant in the tent from the start. The first consumption test was just bomb - it really surprised me positively.
Wenz004 I harvested BT84 biscotti and gorilla glue. The last two (in the pictures) that are still standing are mexican rush and special queen. Mex rush (middle of the tent) has produced particularly beautiful buds. I'm only watering with water now.
Wenz004 Very nice harvest - there are seeds here as well. Like some women, this lady is also wondering who the father actually is. There were several different strains in the tent.
@Wenz004, feel free to write to me when the time comes about what you're looking for. I've had a lot in the garden over nearly 30 years. I'm such a genetics nerd, as you can probably see here for the past 4 years. I’ve confiscated the entire vegetable drawer from my wife for all the seed packs in our fridge😆
