Munch13nator Haiiiiii, I wanted to start my diary by saying that this is my first time really growing a plant in general, is started growing my own cannabis since it seemed like a cool hobby and great way to save a few bucks.
I tried keeping the costs as low, the initial investment of getting the growing setup being the most expensive of course, i did not want to spend to much money on fancy nutrients the first time so i got my self some Biotabs organic fertilizer tabs and put 3 tabs in the 20L pots, i am thinking about maybe investing in PK 13-14 for the flowering stage but i will worry about that later.
The Auto pink panties were germinated on dec 6th and the banana purple punch on dec 20th, letting both strains soak in an 1% hydrogen peroxide solution for about 18 hours and immediately planting them in the soil after letting the seeds soak.
Everything started alright, on dec 9th all the 3 seeds came above ground, making it 3 days from germination to seedling.

Munch13nator Plants had stunted growth because of me neglecting to keep the temperature right, it started to freeze outside making it 16*c on average, this mistake mixed with slight overwatering started to make my plants sick slowly.
The plants started to develop their first set of real 3 clawed leaves this week so i think they have started the vegetative state.

Munch13nator Somewhere around day 3 into this week i got a small heater to keep the temp higher, now the temp stays around 25 to 18*c.
The heater has made a pretty big difference, the plants have started to slowly drink again.
I also tried topping and using LST on my plants, i know it is not generally advised to do this as a newbie but i choose my own destiny and would like to learn this cultivation technique from the beginning.
I also started getting trouble with fungus gnats, i am researching what to do about them since they aren't paying rent i want them out.

Munch13nator Munch13nator After the temperature problem i discovered another mistake i made and that is having my light not dimmed enough giving my plants light stress, now i have adjusted it to about 45 cm above the plants at 65% power, which should come out at around 460ppfd.
Also i think 2 out of 3 plants i tried to top have actually been fimmed, i dont know for sure tjough so i will see it with time.
I bound the 3 clawed leaves to the sides so the light can reach all the little leaves in the middle of the plant, i am hoping that my plants will still grow more branches.
I had to cut 2 leaves off from one of my plants since they looked like the were rotting and they kept resting on the ground, so in an attempt to keep my plant healthy i cut the 1 clawed sick leaves off.
The fungus gnats are still living rent free in my tent and i still want them out, i put some sticky yellow cards in my pots which should catch and kill them but i am still searching about hoe to kill the larva.
