Looks like some kind of chlorosis. Maybe try lowering the pH to around 6.5 if you’re in soil.
At first glance I thought it might be viral (hopefully just an urban myth), but it looks like the plant has pulled all the valuable nutrients out of those leaves just to survive.May the multiverse be kind to your beautiful plants!
