JUNGLE_B4RNS :15/01/26 Water + RootBooster -18 seedlings sprouted from 25 seeds, some looks good and some looks shitty. But nothing to be worried about. -Keeping the MarsHydro FC6500 at 25% of brightness -Adding fan on the side at low speed to generate air circulation As I expected, popping more seeds than expected to grow is always the best thing to do. Giving a first charge of RootBooster to enhance and get a fast roots development.

JUNGLE_B4RNS : 19/01/26 water + RootBooster (Transplantation) Suspecting a bad bag of soil, apparently maybe not mixed correctly at the manufactory. All seedlings are in the same growing environment and conditions but some looks really shitty. Will check this by analyzing the drain from the pots to get an idea on what’s going on. Going to stabilize the soil to put it under my control if needed (damn I was supposed to stay relax for 3 weeks before playing the chemist…) Despite all, seedlings are growing (+4cm in the week), meaning roots are developing. Fixed the Marshydro FC6500 a bit closer, but still at 25% intensity, passing from 5000 LUX to 6000 LUX at the top of the seedlings (seedlings range 5000-7000 LUX) Transplanted from cups (using the same cups since nearly 10 years now to stay friendly with environment) to 1.5L pots.

A cluster 3 terpene profile the smaller of the 3 big common terpene profiles. Unfortunately the name "Super Lemon Haze" has a low chemical consistency between different producers. Kind of bad actually. There is a decent chance the terpene profiles will be different from the different producers but also flavor, aroma, and effects will differ noticeably. It is somewhat above random, better than the names to the right of it on the between-producer similarity chart. Relying on the name "Super Lemon Haze" alone gives only weak predictability of the actual chemistry. Lab-tested terpene/cannabinoid data, or focusing on more consistent strains would give a better guarantee of the expected lemony, uplifting profile traditionally associated with it. It will be interesting to see what comes from this paricular seed producer, this time around... if its actually a cluster 3 terpene profile or not. If not, there are more reliable names like dutch treat to roll the dice on. Wishing you luck and success on this grow and that this plant matches what name/description you paid for.

@The_Wanderer, I must recognize that myself I always tend go back on my preference, like Lemon 🍋 and Lime 🍋‍

@The_Wanderer, bro 😎 this is like the philosophy of tastiness. Myrcene, Terpinolene and α -Pinene, we recognize that all got that earthy, herbal taste with slight hints of variations between the 3. Limonene 🍋 is the most dominant in the Super Lemon Haze with all the sweetness from the Skunk line. But honestly we must agree that having this exchange without the strains in full bloom under the hands is very hard 😊

@JUNGLE_B4RNS, you got it! Not only flavor but these terpenes have influence on the effects. Its a theory I have that in some cases peoples sense of smell/taste drives them to the natural medicinal properties they particularly need. The terpene profile you like comes with the uplifting, active effects associated with what people call 'sativa' type effetcs. But more importantly since you know which terpene profile you like, you can shop for the most vigorous tasty plant at the best price...more efficiently when you seek the chemical profile, and not shop by name and description which is often highly unreliable. Its empowering. Unfortunately for me and my chemistry, my medicine is not one of the three common terpene profiles. 😪

@Mrs_Larimar, it’s the minimum requirement when you know that only one hair spotted under the microscope could harm the reputation of your skill 😊
