Hexahydrat666 Erst einmal vielen Dank an Zamnesia und Plagron für die Bereitstellung der Samen und Green Sensation.Ich freue mich daß ich an diesem Wettbewerb teilnehmen kann,und bin gespannt auf die verschiedenen Anbaumethoden und Resultate der vielen Teilnehmer.
Zum Start habe ich drei Samen 24h in Wasser mit Seedbooster Plus eingeweicht und dann in einen Plug eingepflanzt.Nach einem Tag im Anzuchtkasten bei 24°C und 82%Luftfeuchte kam der erste Spross mit der Wurzel voran aus dem Plug, also habe ich ihn ausgegraben und richtig herum wieder eingepflanzt. Spross Nummer zwei kam am dritten Tag ans Licht. Sobald die Plugs ordentlich durchwurzelt sind werden die Setzlinge in den Endtopf gepflanzt.

Hexahydrat666 Zwei von drei Samen sind aufgegangen.Nachdem die ersten Wurzeln zu sehen waren habe die Keimlinge ich gleich in den Endtopf gepflanzt.Nährstoffmangel, PH-Lock, überdüngung,überwässert?? Keine Ahnung was den Pflänzchen fehlt.Sieht auf alle Fälle nicht gut aus. Auf 12 Liter Promix habe ich 1 Liter Perlite,0,5 Liter Vermiculite,zwei Esslöffel Hornspäne und je einen Esslöffel Algenkalk und Urgesteinsmehl untergemischt.Da der Promix keinerlei Dünger enthält habe ich gleich beim ersten Giessen Dünger zugegeben. Bin gespannt wie die beiden sich weiter entwickeln.Wenn das nix wird werde ich wohl die beiden letzten Samen keimen und erstmal in Lightmix vorziehen und später umtopfen

Hexahydrat666 Pflanze Nr.1 hat sich den Umständen entsprechend ganz gut entwickelt und ist jetzt 7cm groß,Nr2 ist jetzt 4cm und sieht noch sehr mitgenommen aus. Zusätzlich hab noch einen Samen keimen lassen welchen ich in Lightmix gepflanzt habe und erstmal nur mit Wasser PH-6 Gieße. Falls Pflanze 2 sich doch noch gut entwickelt werde ich für die dritte Pflanze einen eigenen Report mit einem anderen Dünger Starten.

I know you didn't ask for advice... But this looks very much like “hot” soil and feeding too early. Seedlings need almost no nutrients in the first days. If the substrate is already heavily amended (worm castings, horn meal, lime, rock dust, etc.) and you also add fertilizers and additives right from the start, it can easily cause salt stress and nutrient burn. Typical signs are yellow-brown, burnt tips on the first leaves. But i guess you know that anyways.
I would advise:
For now, give only pH-adjusted water, no nutrients.
Let the medium dry back properly between waterings so the young roots get enough oxygen.
Keep light intensity moderate.
If the plants don’t recover within a few days, it’s best to restart them in a light seedling mix or lightmix without added nutrients, and only start feeding once they have developed a few sets of true leaves and show stable growth.
And I believe that the right reaction to a problem is just as valuable as a problem-free grow — at least I hope so.

@GolliGrows, Thank you for the advice. I agree with you that I fertilized too early. This is my first grow with Plagron Promix and Plagron's organic fertilizer. Since Plagron states that the Promix contains no fertilizer and that you should start fertilizing immediately, I fertilized too early.I then watered them only with water (pH 6.3), and one of the Ladys seems to be surviving. As a backup, I germinated two more seeds and planted them in a small pot with Lightmix. I then watered them only with water (pH 6.3) and one of the ladies seems to be surviving.
