Mr_goodman Insert seeds in a glass of water for about 48/72 hours, and as soon as you see the first root come out, insert the seed into the rockwool cube. Position the lamp about 60 cm with an intensity of 50-60 % until it reaches an intensity of 1000 to 5000 Lux. In the first phase I will use 13l buckets.
