SweetSensi Hey Grow Fam! Both seeds popped using the paper towel method! After about 39 hours, both had little taproots showing. The Hella Jelly had a smaller one, but the Seedsman Sour Diesel really took off — the root actually grew through the paper towel, so I had to plant it with part of the towel still stuck to it. I prepped the grow media with CalMag and set the pH to 5.8 before planting. Once they were in, I gave the tops a light mist and used a sandwich-size ziplock bag over each one as a mini humidity dome. Now it’s just a waiting game to see those first sprouts pop up! 🤞Really excited for my first grow but you know I’m a tinkerer and trying to stop myself from overthinking my VPD and other parameters. Lung room is at 72 degrees. Going to let everything try and level out and trust the Ai controller to work for me.

SweetSensi Don’t know if this is really week 1 of veg but conducted first feeding a couple days ago and it might have been a little to much. Dropped ppm to 800 and PH still a little low at 5.7 until my first fan leaves develop. Runoff reading 743 ppm.

SweetSensi Happy growing, everyone! This week, I noticed a few plants leaning over—probably because the seeds weren’t buried quite deep enough during germination. To fix that, I added a bit more coco to the tops of the solo cups for extra support and watered with pH-adjusted water (5.8). The plants have since perked up nicely, so I gave them a full-strength feeding last night. I also adjusted the light to sit about 18–20 inches above the canopy and reduced the max intensity to level 3. Everything’s looking stronger, healthier, and more balanced now.
