PlantMike We pick up this grow in the end of week 2. This was a white label seed sent to me as a freebie from North Atlantic seed company and I thought I'd challenge myself and try to grow it with major vertical constraints. The seed had been sitting around for a few years but was still quick to germinate and took off. I planted in. 2'x2'x1' fabric bed which comes out to about 26 gallons of media of which I filled with mother earth coco peat, worm gold plus worm castings and espoma land and sea compost. I threw in a jar of worms that I saved from the fishing section of the big box store and mixed in all the amendments above, and as always she'll be lit by viparspectra p1000 and xs1000. Here we grow!

PlantMike Permanent marker is growing like a plant possessed. I have started adding training clips as remember this tent it only 36" tall so I have to utilize all the horizontal space I can to keep from growing into the lights. I topped (accidentally) after 4 nodes so it looks like she'll have 8 tops but that should be fine for this small tent. Plants happy, worms are happy, I'm happy!

PlantMike Permanent marker is getting big! Topping was done last update and now I'm just intensively training with bud clips to try to minimize vertical growth for as long as possible, I did flip to flower yesterday 2/2, and I am going with the 13/13 I have heard good things about. We'll see how it goes in flower!

PlantMike Permanent marker is the most prolific grower I've grown in my short career in cannabis. Takes everything in stride and just keeps going. Adding a scrog net tomorrow to continue to help me train her wide and short. 13/13 experiment lighting schedule remains and she's seeming to love it!

PlantMike My tree of a permanent marker had officially filled out the entire 2x2 and is an old gnarled tree of a plant. Tons of tops, strong laterals, it's all there. She's drinking heavily but there's plenty of horsepower in the soil for her so I'm just keeping the microbes happy with sugar sources so permanent marker can continue to rage!
