Crop_Top Looking forward to getting this grow going! Huge thank you to @athena_official @Fast_Buds @Patricia_Zamnesia for sending me products to test out! Im in the process of getting a microbusiness license and buildout a commercial grow space within the next 6 months. That being said, this grow I’m hoping to lock down a handful of strains to keep in rotation, find the best hydroponic for the new grow space, as well as dial in a nutrients line that is cost effective while also outputting the best product possible.
I started out this grow using the paper towel method (presoaked in RO water) for the seeds and placed in some foil Mylar bags placed on a heating mat.
Once sprouted I will be moving sprouted seeds into rapid rooter plugs and placed into a humidity dome to grow seedlings for the first couple weeks. Then placing the rapid rooter plugs into 3in net pots set into a 20-site custom DWC bin using clay pebbles to surround plug, 16 small airstones with 2 air pumps. The DWC setup will be placed in a @ACINFINITY_INC 4x4 Cloudline tent using their AI controller, humidifier, EVO6 light, 6in. inline fan and carbon filter, and 6in Osculating fan.
For flowering stage I plan on using a "small scale" setup to mimic my plan for the commerical grow. The setup will be the @CurrentCulture420Grown XL Evolution 18-Site RDWC system, a collapsible 100 Gallon@SpiderFarmer top off tank, 1/2hp Water Chiller, 4 - @HLG_Tech Scorpion Diablo lights, and a Quest 110 dehumidifier setup in my personal grow room.

Crop_Top After sprouting I threw all the seedlings into Rapid Rooter plugs and placed inside the @ACINFINITYINC humidty dome and cracked the vents slightly to keep humidity levels between 85-80% for the first few days. I did have a few non sprouters and ended up throwing in a couple seeds I had on hand (the list on the diary is all the correct strains for this grow).

Crop_Top This week i continued to use RO water every 2-3 days with nothing added. I left the top vents on the humidity dome opened fully and towards the middle of the week i started to lift up the dome and run a fan on low speed to get some airflow in and keep humidity around 50-60%. A few strains were starting to get “leggy”. I also ended up using some skewers i had to help prop up a few of them that were getting too tall.

Crop_Top It was time to switch over to the DWC setup and really get things going!
I set the levels for the equipment with the AI controller (fan, lights, humidifier) and hung the EVO6 light around 18” from the canopy keeping LEDs at 45% on a 18/6 cycle.
Using 15 Gallons of RO water to fill the bin just under the net pots I also started to add the @athena_official nutrients. They sent me samples to test out the blended line and will be using the recommended measurements throughout the grow. Starting out I will be using Grow A&B, Cal Mag, and cleanse in the recommended dose.
Waiting on my @ACINFINITY_INC Hydro Sensor to get in so until then im stuck using my trusty Amazon stick testers 🤣

** Added 3mL/Gallon of CalMag in the middle of the week as plants started getting a few spots and turning a pale shade of green. Trying to get things dialed with the nutrients the first few days.
@squalino yep...currently in the process of doing a site buildout for a micro-business (cultivation, processing, and packaging) as where I am is undergoing changes with the laws. Right now its looking like they will be allowing up to 200 plants for the specific license Im seeking so around 125-140 plants in flowering room and 60-75 plants in Veg room depending on rotation schedule. Looking to squeeze out 5 grows per year.
